Tea etc. has absolutely the best customer service. I stumbled upon this quaint little shop when we were camping in the area several years ago and I was running out of tea. The woman who was working that day was so helpful with getting me tea! Since then I have been ordering tea online from Tea etc. and Mike has been nothing but responsive, efficient, amazing to deal with. He goes beyond to make sure I get my tea. I am so thankful I found this little shop! Highly recommend you won't be sorry. The tea is amazing as well.😊

We have been to and ordered online from this adorable little shop many times! The lovely Czech lady who we have dealt with so many times in the past has so many great suggestions and is tremendously helpful! We always place a large order as my husband and I live in Cranbrook and don't make it out very often to the actual shop, but whenever we do she is always patient and attentive to us, despite that we take up so much of her time each time we go there. I would highly recommend this shop to any tea lover, or even for gifts as they have charming items for this purpose. Thank you for always being so kind and accommodating! Incredibly cozy atmosphere and amazing customer service. They serve a wide selection of teas for every need! I'm a fan of their rooibos and herbal teas; I used them as an excuse to drive out to Invermere from Calgary, since I had run out of the tea I had bought a month prior (although they do ship!). Also, I find their tea is cheaper than other loose leaf tea you can find elsewhere. 10/10, my favourite place to go to while in town!

I had the pleasure of visiting this delightful tea shop recently, Upon entering the shop, I noticed that it had a cozy atmosphere filled with the warm aroma of various teas. However, I did have to wait about 15 minutes before being attended to, even though there were two employees present. While this was a bit frustrating, it was certainly worth the wait.
Once I was finally helped, I was impressed by the extensive selection of teas available. The variety was astounding, with options ranging from classic black and green teas to more exotic blends that I had never seen before. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable about their offerings, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They took the time to explain the different types of tea and their unique flavors, helping me to understand what I might like based on my preferences.
One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to sample the teas. The staff encouraged me to smell the different blends, which added an interactive element to the experience. I loved being able to explore the scents before making my final decision. It felt like a personalized journey into the world of tea, and I appreciated the care they took in guiding me through the selection process.
I was particularly interested in Matcha, and the employees provided me with valuable insight into the tools I would need to prepare it properly. They explained the importance of using the right whisk and bowl, and even demonstrated how to whisk the Matcha for the best results. This level of service and expertise made me feel confident about my purchase, and I left the shop feeling excited to try making my own Matcha at home.
Overall, despite the initial wait, I would still rate this tea shop five stars. The combination of a vast selection of teas, knowledgeable staff, and the opportunity to sample different blends created a memorable experience. I highly recommend visiting this tea shop if you're in Vermeer—it's a must for tea lovers and anyone looking to expand their palate. PS. They give you a couple tea bags so you can have the tea during your stay!

Amazing store and awesome staff. I was helped during a power outage and was given a generous sample. Not only was the tea amazing (its rare to find decaf green tea) but the staff there was concerned about my safety during the storm. I wasn't able to return to make a later purchase due to travel changes, but I wish to say thank you and I promise to return in the future, thank you!
