We frequent this Tim hortons, and it’s been going DOWN HILL. every single time we order there is a problem, either a mistake in the order, something missing, coffee that’s not HALF FULL. We understand people make mistakes but it’s been constant errors for about a year every single time we order there. Not only that but a lot of the time when we drive all the way back to get it fixed we are given a bad attitude or argued with over it. This is very frustrating. If you’re from out of town, I’d strongly recommend McDonalds over Tim hortons. This review is not from a tourist who had one bad experience here, my family likes to get breakfast on the weekends and Tim Horton was our go to, this is constant bad customer service, getting food that is bad sometimes, and mistakes that when asked to be fixed we are given attitude for. Missing things in our order a lot that we have paid for and sometimes we just let it go but it adds up!! Thieves. Very disappointing Tim Hortons. I’ve been thinking about writing a review for months and months, not wanting to be a negative Nancy but COME ON! Do better!!

Easy access right off the highway, lots of parking, and the drive thru moves quickly.

Richard who took our order was very friendly and efficient.Tea , coffee , 4 cheese bread twist stick and Timbits were amazing as always.
However tried the herb garlic savoury pastry for 1st time and didn't like it much (little too watery at centre or the egg smell in bite I don't know)
But I would really appreciate if you bring back
Jalapeno Pastry that was so so good.

Good location to visit. I usually stop here when I’m traveling through. Never had an issue and the bathrooms are always clean.

I was in this store tonight. I waited at the register for a couple minutes waiting to place an order, but unfortunately, all the staff Ignored me because they were more interested in talking to each other and providing customer service so I left

My first Tim Hortons. Won't be my last. The donuts were fresh and tasty, the coffee was really good. If I gain weight on my vacation, it will be entirely their fault!
