This is the second time this happened. I went to this store to get a tandoori chicken pizza. There was no pizza on the display so I asked the worker(Abhi) to get me 2 slices of pizza but he refused to give and said that you will have to buy the whole pizza. I told him that I don’t want the whole pizza,i just want 2 slices only. He said we can’t give you 2 slices because if we make the pizza we will have to throw the rest 6 slices. I asked him why is that and his reply was that no one will buy the rest of pizza. So i asked him how do you know about that, he said because it is Sunday and no one comes to the store on Sunday. You will have to buy the whole pizza only. Then after few minutes i placed the order through door dash for pickup and they made it. 2 slices only. This was the condition of pizza what i got

If you look like you are not a white or blue collar guy then you may have problems they think everyone is a their and are doing wrong and they have no customer service skills what so ever in my personal opinion

7-Eleven is one of my favourite brands (did you know it was founded in Japan?) and has been getting better every year. This location represents the brand perfectly. But more importantly, these employees are saints. Their patience and kindness with the variety of customers they deal with is commendable.

Good service friendly staff but they are a little distracted by their chit chat and they can get a bit messy some time so I end up cleaning it instead of them.

Love their new coffee machines! Coffee is made fresh out of whole beans right on the spot. I also appreciate their recent measures for improving the security of this location (installing those flashing cameras in the lot, etc.). Hope this store keeps getting better and better a place in our neighbourhood. Thumbs up staff!

This 711 has bright lighting surrounding the building. Very helpful for smoking loitering and relieving yourself on premise. No more fumbling in the dark when I take a HIT of that sweet nectar.

Busy as usual. They aren't very nice with the homeless here.. but there isn't many places to go.

Great if nothing is open and if you want something to drink or eat later in the day (even if the prices are more expensive), I just have a few annoyances.A lot of the time I notice the Slurpee machines have been either run empty, or are watery during the morning and even in the evening. When they are available, Pepsi for some reason always seems to be out of stock/order which is a shame as it’s my favourite. My other issue is sometimes staff at this location don’t feel like making anything, even though things are supposed to be “made to order” now. During those times the employee behind the counter had basically told me that they don’t make things in the morning or at night (like there’s a cutoff), which made no sense considering what’s being advertised. On the plus side the mobile checkout that was installed there really made it easier to order/pay, and I love how intuitive it is. Every time I go there it’s just in and out using that thing instead of standing in a queue, especially just to buy a few things. While I don’t feel particularly safe outside of there at night due to the aggressive groups that seem to loiter there, staff at least try to call security and deal with the problem. There’s only so much they can do, and I can understand how of a constant problem it is in that area, so I definitely don’t fault them for that.

I've gone in to grab Belmont cigarettes 10 times over the last 2 months and they are always out. I told him to figure out his orders and he told me he doesn't care. Best inconvenience store ever

Terrible customer service at this location. Very poorly trained staff. Watch how much they charge you. Staff members are grouchy and slow to provide service. Coffee area is always messy. Homeless people sleeping right outside the door. what a joke.

I've been shopping there for almost 40 years so they're doing something right...
