I often overlook A&W, but every time I go there, I'm pleasantly surprised. I recently used some coupons and decided to have a meal there after a long time. I ordered the mozza burger combo with onion rings and I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.
Do not eat there! Counters dirty , tables dirty, staff were yelling in the back. It was a nightmare ! My food was disgusting ! Like it had gone bad or sat out all night. That taste ugh! I went to manager explained my meat had a sour taste , n gave it to her..she said it looked normal. I agreed , but I said "its sour ..taste it . What is that ? " She refused to taste or smell it . Talked to other staff n they threw it out. I'm quite sure none of them are food safe certified. It's certainly gone downhilll from how it used to be!

The A&W restaurant located on East Trans Canada Highway in Kamloops BC is fantastic. Prab always greets us with a huge smile and is always a pleasure to deal with. Her friendly attitude is always on display for all to see.

The Filipino lady who works up front is so friendly! She knows all the regular customers first names and is always on the move. Great coffee. Free refills! The cheapest breakfast in town but also delicious.
