The Fortune A&W reminds me of the old TV show, Cheers - where everyone knows your name and is friendly. If you desire great service, equally delicious (+ Canadian sourced) food, and all around friendly staff from the managers to the cooks and front of-house, this is the place to dine in or out! :)

Went in, spent more than 10 minutes before my order was taken. Floors were dirty, garbage bags everywhere. Unfriendly staff and overall horrible service

In my opinion some of the best fast food. Problem is the price. Almost pay the same to sit in a restaurant and order a burger. Fast food so service is always a hit or miss. I miss older times when they would take all coupons, expired or not. They don't doo that anymore.

Ladies at the front absolutely killing it, I haven’t seen such speed and efficiency and teamwork in any other A&W I’ve been to.
