Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 burgers. Didn't get any napkins in the bag. For the price of the food, which is ridiculously high for fastfood, why do i need to beg for napkins. The burgers are really messy.

Not very many toppings on the burger lettuce looked a bit old. Fries in the basket very little our drinks were forgotten not once but twice. The people need to be better trained or have someone accompany them while taking orders. They seem very unorganized. Went a few t8mes hoping for a better experience but I don't see that happening.

I was so grateful to … and the team for replacing an order that a different A&W messed up on - they were super quick and helpful, double checked on what I needed and didn’t even make me feel like a bother!

This is also one of the cleanest A&W’s I’ve been in; didn’t seem understaffed or overly busy.

If I were advising which AW (or just fast food) in Kamloops to fuel up (it’s attached to a gas/convenience store), this is where I’d go. Been that way for a few years too, so whatever they’re doing is looking good from the outside!

We stopped by this location for a quick breakfast on our way out of the city. Susan took our order behind the counter and she was very calming and friendly in her approach. A different employee brought our hot meals to us with a smile. The space itself was clean and airy with the shafts of sunshine coming through. It was simply a positive way to start our day.

Definitely stop here if you want to be served raw egg whites on your breakfast sandwich!!!! Salmonella here I come!

20 minutes in the drive through to get cold food and a drink only 3/4 full. I immediately Tried to get the attention of the person at the window but the person behind me in line kept honking. (7 vehicles in line behind me). I parked and went inside to Expressed my concern to the lady at the counter and was told i drank the drink and they were not going to fill it and they were not going to replace the cold burger and onion rings.

The staff attending the drive through were really kind. Food was good and was ready quickly . Only problem is A&W is Pricy for a burger.
