Best fast food choice in my opinion

Definitely stop here if you want to be served raw egg whites on your breakfast sandwich!!!! Salmonella here I come!

20 minutes in the drive through to get cold food and a drink only 3/4 full. I immediately Tried to get the attention of the person at the window but the person behind me in line kept honking. (7 vehicles in line behind me). I parked and went inside to Expressed my concern to the lady at the counter and was told i drank the drink and they were not going to fill it and they were not going to replace the cold burger and onion rings.

The staff attending the drive through were really kind. Food was good and was ready quickly . Only problem is A&W is Pricy for a burger.

AW has got crazy expensive.

Sorry guys the food was not good. I used to love eating at A&W for their delicious onion rings, but not anymore. I can buy them and make better ones at home.
Absolutely horrible for the customer. How could you serve this to us?

This has got to be the most inefficient drive through in Kamloops. Dont come here unless you have time to kill.

In my opinion A&W, for all their talk of grass fed beef, no antibiotics and cheddar cheese, is going straight downhill. Went there on Saturday and we got a teen burger, mama with cheese and onion rings. Both burgers were still pink inside. The texture of the beef was chewy, tasteless and seemed like a frozen patty. There was way too much mustard and it actually overpowered both burgers. Keep your cheddar cheese because it also never has any flavour and is just a greasy blob. The onion rings had sections that were red which I assume was paprika or something not evenly dispersed throughout the breading. They also lacked seasoning and were crumbling apart. The root beer was excellent however.
