This is the most unique dining experience in Kamloops. It is a student run, fine dining experience. They have support of a wonderful instructor who assists throughout the night, amazing to observe! The dining absolutely exceeded any expectations. It was a 4 course menu with phenomenal options to choose from, in addition to in-house bread/butter, and a surprise amuse bouche. All courses were phenomenal, I can’t pronounce half of them BUT the duck breast for the main was out of this world. I have dined in some really nice establishments and this is one of those unique experiences I will always remember- I hope to have the opportunity to go back!!! It is not easy to get a spot here.No photos as didn’t want to ruin the ambiance.
