I have only gone there for a brief moment for a snack. However, I immediately liked what they had to offer. I had one of their Apple Cinnamon with Oatmeal cookie and I enjoyed every bite of it. The cafe itself had pretty soothing atmosphere while I was sitting there to enjoy my snack. Perhaps next time when I am in Kamloops again, I will really stay at the Amplified Cafe.
Had the chance to speak with the owner. He's done a fantastic job with the cafe's atmosphere, food, and drinks. As someone who identifies as a bit of a coffee snob, I have no negative critique for this establishment. I wish them all the best.

I’d say the coffee is ok. The food is ok.
Service is good.

Would I make it a point to come for the pastries?
Prob not.
Just a convenient spot in the neighbourhood.
