My experience at the Amsterdam Restaurant was terrific. This restaurant is not hard to miss since it is located right next to the Trans-Canada highway in Kamloops. My first time there, I had the Advocaat Belgian Waffle with coffee. The waffle was amazing; topped with vanilla ice cream, egg liquor, pecans, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar while the waffle itself was warm, crunchy outside and soft inside.
