Arby's

Did drive thru so can't comment on atmosphere or staff. We don't have Arby's in Vancouver anymore so this was a treat. Food was up to Arby's standard tho their pricing has gone up quite a bit.

This was a typical fast food sit down meal. Food was great, service was excellent and the sitting down to eat was very enjoyable.

Good and fast

If u wanna try something different than your regular fast food, then this it!

My go to place for a quick yummy meal every time I have to make the trek to Kelowna for shopping or appointments. The food is prepared quickly the staff is friendly.

Recommended for a quick bite

I had ordered the smoked beef poutine and I grabbed what I thought it was and the worker ran out to me telling me they forgot to put the meat on there . Thank God they noticed that and got my order fixed.

Didn't go in just drive through.

First, and last time visiting Arby's.
I found the sauces they smother on their food absolutely gross.
The sauce on the Boneless chicken wings was disgusting.
And I couldn't even tell what sauce it was they ruined the Smoked Meat Poutine with.
Never again...

Outdated building inside and out. Looks and tasted unsanitary. I felt ill from the roast beef sandwich. I do not recommend it! The service was fine, they did the best with what little they were given.

Parking: Not many customers thus plenty of open parking space.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed... but I would not call it kid-friendly, kind or anything positive. Don't feed your kids that Arby's garbage. I'm sure others are very nice, but this one is in serious need of a full-scale renovation/ overhaul.

Wheelchair accessibility: Again you could wheel in or u could wheel elsewhere I suggest the latter

The food wasn't hot, the sandwich looked and tasted like it had just warmed up, and was soggy. The fries would have been good if they were hot My dog wouldn't eat it. Very disappointed. Very nicely redone
