Fantastic, kind staff, the best chicken bacon Swiss I've ever had, and so clean it looked like it could have opened yesterday!

Edit* they've removed the beef dip from door dash. Literally the only good thing on the menu, will never eat here again.. old review - Read what's on the screen and then make that... How is that so hard.

Food was cold like it came out of the fridge. Parked and went in and he didn't want to fix it. He snatched the bag and sighed LOL

Over the years we as a family have formed fond memories around the various meat sandwiches, those curly fries and if course the famous “horsey sauce”. We as a family had lunch at this location and enjoyed our meals. The chicken fries my grandson had were “top shelf”. Overall, this a great fast food place to get a satisfying meal. The service was kind, courteous and fast. For something different, I would recommend it.

Pit stop on a long trip home. They made everything fresh and to perfection. Best food ever from an Arby's hands down. Great staff, excellent service.

This arbys is always quite consistent, although my last visit had a longer wait for my food even though it was not busy, the service was pleasant. Food was good.

My family visited this location this past week. The hours states that dinning room is open till 9pm while drive thru stays open later. My family arrives at 8:45pm to head inside to sit down quickly to eat before heading back home in which we live out of town. When we got inside the manager on duty Jaspreet was very unpleasant to deal with. She told us that we COULDNT ORDER FOOD unless we take it to go! This is not how a restaurant establishments are run! I’ve been in the food business for many years to understand this. We told her that her dinning room is open to the public till 9pm and that we would like to
Order and sit in when there was still 15 minutes to closing! If we wanted to do take out we would have simply went through drive thru! It’s not the customers responsibility nor issue that the staff want to clean their dinning room prior to closing. Simply should close half of dinning room while leaving the other half still open to costumers. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The dinning room was “what looked like to have already been cleaned” and the lady was just finishing up mopping the floors. They have two doors going into this establishment. One by drive thru and one on the other side. Unfortunately there was only one wet floor sign out on the far side (not closest to drive thru) but on the far side of the restaurant which is hard to see for costumers who are coming in from the other entrance. There should always be wet floor signs indicating that the floors are wet near all entrances to let costumers know to be aware and careful of wet floor. Our daughter has epilepsy and unfortunately not only to us but to the main public this is also an issue. Meanwhile, my family gets our food. We sit down at the booth table beside the condiment stand and pop machines. We weren’t aware of our atmosphere where we were sitting until our 5 year old daughter goes, “mommy daddy LOOOOOKKKK ANTS.” The windowsill had a dozen or more ants crawling everywhere and coming off onto the table! So clearly the lady who had “cleaned” the dinning room didn’t do a good job. Not only that but if ants are that close to the condiment stand and pop machines. Ants are attracted to sugar…….. this makes us wonder if they let ants slide in their establishment what else are we not seeing behind the counter and into their kitchen. Unfortunately this had been escalated to head office, health and safety board as well as the restaurant head manager. This isn’t okay to be brushed off as a paying costumer and told, “I’m not serving you unless you do take out.” When dinning room is still open. Having only one wet mop sign out which isn’t visible to half of the restaurant and then to top it all off the uncleanliness AFTER the employee had already “cleaned”. Please be aware of your atmosphere going into this establishment and check ur surrounding areas before sitting down. Definitely has turned my family off from eating here as we just don’t know what the circumstances are in their kitchen which is very upsetting that this is the only Arbys in town and we’ve been going here frequently but usually through drive thru.
