I visited Miso Sushi today and had a great experience overall.
The bibimbap was excellent — very fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced in flavor. The tempura was especially impressive, light, crispy, and not greasy at all.
The rolls also had great texture and tasted very fresh, which made the whole meal really enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.
I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Kamloops.
