Cozy spot, very welcoming, comfy seating, nice calming lighting. We ordered a monkey brain (incredible), oyster tempura (amazing), ebi sunomono salad (gorgeous!), roll maki combo, a vegetarian bento box (tofu & veg teriyaki, avocado salad, light as air vegetable tempura, rice, 6 piece vegetable roll), avocado roll, miso soup (delicious), a piece of Ikura, a Crispy roll, Tempura Roll and Jalapeño King roll (new roll—amazing). Absolutely everything was EXCELLENT. Large portions, very generous wasabi & pickled ginger. Couldn't find one thing negative and we are picky lol!! . Waiter was great and owner so sweet!

Ordered online, had the butterfly roll, spicy tuna roll and unagi roll. Was given very little wasabi and soy sauce to go with my order, more shrinkflation. It was ok, wouldn’t go back but it wasn’t inedible

My mom who “doesn't like sushi” loved this place and the delicious sushi they made for us. Would highly recommend the fisherman roll… it was a delicious, thick sliced roll, chock full of fresh fish. Even my mom LOVED it, and she is turned off by the idea of raw fish. Very well done and I would highly recommend this establishment

There is a fair amount of free parking outside. The floor was slippery when I walked in, and I almost fell twice, otherwise the restaurant looked inviting and clean. Everything was packaged nicely for take-out and presentation was very nice. The staff was quick to help me at the till and were very friendly.

I ordered the bacon sushi wrap—it was okay, but a bit lacking in flavor, though it was very filling. The sauce on the chicken karaage was good, and the chicken itself was well-cooked—juicy and tender. It also reheats well in the oven. The teriyaki bowl was pretty basic—not the best I’ve had, but still decent. The miso soup, however, was a bit of a letdown. It had a nice color but very light flavor, with less then a teaspoon of tofu, seaweed, and green onions. It was basically just a lightly flavored broth. Overall, it was ok but it's not screaming for a return visit.

If you have a craving for great sushi, this is the best place to go. The staff were very friendly, atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The food was amazing, I even had little happy dance while I ate (chicken teriyaki and a Philadelphia roll)it was that good. Would definitely recommend for great food at an affordable cost.

We love this Sushi place! Every time we pass through Kamloops we make it a must to stop here. Food is so fresh and delicious. Amazing portions and size for the price. Owners and staff are very kind and friendly. One of the best

The food here is delicious. Very fresh and amazing presentation. I had the salmon and tuna sashimi. The portions were the largest I’ve ever had. They use sockeye salmon which I’ve never tried before and now I prefer it over Atlantic. I’m definitely coming back to try more items on the menu. The beef teriyaki is huge!
