Amazing restaurant. The staff are all so friendly, the food is incredible, and the prices are actually pretty reasonable for a higher end sushi place. I will always go to Arigato when I'm in Kamloops!

We were impressed with the quality of their sashimi particularly their fatty salmon belly and toro. Presentation was also very commendable. Prices were quite reasonable. Service was another story though. We sat for a good 10 minutes before we managed to flag down a server for their menus. We were seated in far end of the restaurant. After our food was served, we had to ask for plates and soy sauce. Then, we practically didn't see a single server for about 30 minutes. Walked over to the front with the tea pot at hand and even that valiant effort to get us some more tea failed. The last time we managed to chase down a server, we ordered two more special rolls which we later found out were not even put in their POS. We practically waited an additional 20 mins for nothing.
A word of advice to everyone, ask to be seated within eyes view of the manager.
