Our first time out for trivia night and it was a blast! Our server Angelica was so attentive and efficient; she was there each time we were ready for another round like she could read our minds. The trivia host was excellent, and we appreciated the details of the little shamrock poured on top of the guiness beer. We will be back!

Baileys Pub is nothing but good vibes and good service. The people that work there are top notch and the experience is beyond excellent. Angelica is kind, sweet and one of the best servers I’ve had the privilege to have serve me. Food was great, drinks were delicious and the service was better than I could ask for. Angelica is wonderful and I can’t recommend her and Baileys more!!!

Such an amazing environment and the staff are so kind and love to chat, really makes the experience just that much better! They also have fun activities like trivia and karaoke!! Food is always great! 100% would recommend!
Terrible service “banned” from this bar because a female waitress Angelica got a wing order wrong , I ordered my honey garlic wings and tried to explain that my wings should not have sesame seeds as well as the flavour was more of a Szechuan style wing - asked for new ones she fought me on it stating I was wrong - we were there for a family event with 8 people - she was nasty and rude when I told her my wing order was wrong. She should not have a job in the service industry , our whole group could not believe it. I would like a call from a manager or owner asap! We just went for dinner tonight pulled up my seat and she asked me to leave as soon as I sat down - will not return tried to give them a second chance after a year more then disappointed - WHEN IT WAS HER MISTAKE !!! Do your job and people won’t complain when you get there order WRONG - I will be taking this to Kamloops foodies/ Kamloops rant and rave and tell all of my friends and family in the community Shame on your baileys PUB - Angelica was especially nasty to me when I showed up and embarrassed me in the business on a busy wing night - send a manager over to speak to me, there is a time and place for everything! - when my dad went to speak to the manager they say I need to call and “apologize” they didn’t even let me have the opportunity to before ANGELICA Rudely kicked me out - it’s like she’s been waiting her whole life for this moment on a power trip - the full table of 8 people can VERIFY what I am saying as well - I will be seeking legal help from my lawyer Monday

Had a completely terrible experience with one of the female waitresses Angelica as she doesn’t take accountability when orders are wrong - asking for a different kind of wings as I can’t have sesame seeds she rolled her eyes at me My family goes here at least once a week. My sister returned over a year later to give them a 2nd chance , and she started yelling and screaming at us, saying that we are banned completely terrible. Human being should be fired for how she treats customers as this was not the first incident that I have heard from family and friends Say that she has been completely rude her name is Angelica never go here - management is also not helpful told me the owners number is on Facebook can’t find it anywhere 0 stars if I could

Lukewarm wings, 2 people at the bar including myself and seemingly 2 bartenders for the 4 chairs at the bar, still had to wait for service but he couldn't stand still when I mentioned the wings. Overall service was somehow slow and rushed at the same time :|

Ordered the pork schnitzel, the potatoes were cold. But they made it right. The meal was good. The building was warm and I was happy by the fireplace.
