Wasn’t sure about getting coffee in a mall but stopped to do a bit of shopping and turned out great! Had the pumpkin spice latte and it was awesome. Hubby had the americano and said it was nice and strong.
I work in Aberdeen mall and visit this location regularly.

Hand hygiene.
I watched a staff member cough (into her sleeve as supposed to) not wash her hands, then reach into a drawer and pull out a used glove. She put the glove on, did her task, then put the glove back in the drawer.
(That was pertaining to the customer in front of me).
When making my order, someone came along with a stainless steel mug. She handled the lid and mug to put water in it for them. Did not clean her hands...
