This pizza is amazing. I was talking to the chef and they're very picky about the ingredients they use... It's the real deal. I didn't have a chance to try the pasta on this trip but I heard the lasagna rolls were off the charts.
Don't go through Kamloops and miss this place!!

We finally made it into Bold and it was fantastic!!! We were greeted by the sweetest hostess her name starts with G... ( did not want to spell it wrong) and our server Kaylea ( also not sure of spelling) was amazing!!! Friendly service is key... and these gals delivered!!! The food was so fresh and delicious.... and the atmosphere was cozy and cute!!! Perfect date night spot!!! 10/10 Thanks Bold for a wonderful evening, we will be back soon!!! 💓

First time here tonight, the restaurant was bumpin’, service was great, the food was sooo good!! My kids loved their pasta meals and my husband and I couldn’t get over how delish the pizza is! We will be back for sure. Well done, Bold!

This is the second time I have been to Bold and it was such a great experience. We were quickly seated and our server immediately grabbed us our drink order. The guys making the pizza dough can be observed hand tossing the pizza behind glass, a nice touch. Ordered the Carne pizza and it was perfectly done in the pizza oven. Very authentic Italian style with a nice thin and crispy crust. Our server was so professional and attentive. I highly recommend Bold for the pizza and great service.

Bold Pizzeria. Wow. This was our first time and we were impressed. The food is delicious comfort food, and so much of it. We had the Garlic Cheese Bombs with marinara dipping sauce as an appy, but with the amount you get, it could be a main course. SO decadently delicious! For our main course we enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan with Caesar Salad. This was the best we’ve ever had. Nicely spiced and, once again, so much of it. We have leftovers which equal another full meal. My wife and I are big fans of good customer service and we found it to be exceptional. Big shout out to our server (who also happens to be part owner) Karly! She was funky, friendly and fantastic! We highly recommend this somewhat hidden gem!
My friends and I were quite disappointed with our experience at Bold this evening. Despite it being a relatively slow night with what appeared to be a fully staffed kitchen, we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food. To our surprise, tables seated after us were served before we were. While the food was enjoyable once it arrived, the overall customer service fell short of expectations. We’ve dined here before and never encountered such an issue, so this may have been specific to our server, Aidan. Other staff members stepped in to assist us before Aidan did, which added to our frustration. The extended wait time and lack of customer service were disappointing.

We've been here quite a few times over the years... Awesome Pizza selection! But mainly if you aren't feeling like pizza they have other options that are very good as well.
We happened to stop in on a Friday evening and the special was Truffled Steak Orzotto and it was amazing. Also they have a great drink menu!
4 local beers on tap with variety, Lager, IPA, and a Dubbel (Dark style beer)
About 10 different drinks that sound amazing as well!
5 types of white wine and 5 types of Red wine as well. Not a steakhouse variety of wines but this is a pizza joint after all ?

We came for dinner tonight and it did not disappoint. Tyson was our server, he was professional and genuine. We had a bottle a Chianti. Meatballs with the added focaccia, dry ribs and shared a Sophia salad and pesto Parmesan pizza. To end the night we shared the Vanilla crème brûlée. We are already planning what we are going to order for our next visit! Thank you!
