Just experienced the “above and beyond” customer service from the whole team (management and staff)! They helped with a large order, the manager phoned me personally to make sure I was taken care of, and they worked hard to get the order perfect. They even held the door open for me when I left with my large order. Thx Landsdowne Team!!

It is one of the best booster juice store in kamloops. Great customer service, Ishan (Staff) tells best combinations for customized smoothies which are better than the menu once😍🥰. Great Ambience!!

The food here was really amazing, totally worth the money spend. Very friendly atmosphere. The server Ishan who took our order was very friendly and jolly. Being a first timer it’s was hard making a choice and he very patiently walked though the menu and helped us come to a final pick. Overall I had a great experience. ❤️❤️

Staff behind the counter was on the phone during my entire order, using loudspeaker without even communicating with me. He punched in my order with no interaction or “would you like anything else?” When making my smoothie, he was still on the phone, listening to someone discussing how they could make more money over the next few years. When he finally hung up, I asked him about it, and he first claimed it was another customer. So I asked him what am I. I am a customer too, then changed his story to say it was an emergency at another location—though it clearly wasn't. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and it left a bad impression.

The mobile app will let you order even if the store is closed. The store will not give you a direct refund, you have to call a number and leave a message. I have left two messages and still no refund. I have also had the mobile order be incompletely filled in the past as what showed up at the store was different from what was in the app.

The poor girl working Monday afternoon was alone. Due to this the wait was long, and she rushed making the smoothies.Mine was runny and tasted off.$9 drink should be made correctly everytime.

Customer service isn't the best. I would suggest having some training done to items on the menu you have never made before.
