Everytime we go there, they close their juicer. Google shows they are open till 9pm but they close at 8pm. If we go at 7:30pm, they say juicer is closed for the day, if we go at 7pm, they say again juicer is closed for the day. The lady working there said because i am working alone , i have to close it early. But other day there were 2 people working and still they closed the juicer an hour early. None of the staff members in this store greet anyone with smile and eye contact.

Totally changed the ingredients, I have been going to booster juice for a long time. ordered the same as always “ripped berry”. super gritty and literally no little pieces of fruit. Honestly seemed like they were using dried powdered fruits.. Absolutely terrible.. My wife’s was exactly the same “tropical tornado” Another franchise locations ruined by you know who… Will never go to that location again…

Cashier didn’t ask me if I had points. Thought I could scan the receipt but they don’t do it like that anymore. Poor lady was a one woman show, took a long time to process orders.

I arrived 4 minutes before closing and it was locked up and the staff were finishing up cleaning. They should state that they aren’t open to the public until 6pm if the doors lock before then. This happened Jan 28th, 2024 at 5:56pm.

Friendly staff. They got our order right - and yes I realize that is the main objective in the food and service industry - it's just nice when you don't have to repeat yourself or re-clarify what you initially asked for. The store was clean. The drinks were good. The staff were great. What more can you ask for?

What happened to good customer service. The gal at cashier was washing dishes and I wasn't sure if she saw me of knew I was there. She turned to me and asked what I wanted I told her oh good you know I am here and she said ya has to wash dishes I told her she might want to acknowledge customers when they came in. She just shrugged her shoulder. I thanked her nicely and gave her a tip and she said ya ok

Location was cleaned and done serving 20 minutes before closing time, all the signs were still on. I was turned away inside.I get employees are anxious to leave early but at least work until the posted hours are met.

The staff is not friendly and very poorly trained. I had to call the manager when the staff refused to give me a refund when they did not have the ingredients and when the power went out so they could not make the item I wanted. Have been there twice and would not go again.
