Let's start with it , I have been to all the locations of Boston pizza in greater Vancouver area that are great. But this joint in Kamloops is just so racist, from the time we entered a girl there was rude and despite the place being empty she just offered me a high table, like take or leave it. All my years in Canada I was never judged because of my skin colour just cause I'm Indian, this joint in Kamloops made feel like I don't belong here. Avoid this place for all the good reasons

In all my years in Canada, I’ve never experienced racism—until my visit here. The female server greeted us coldly and said the only table available was a high-top, despite the restaurant being nearly empty with plenty of booths. She warmly greeted other customers and offered them booths instead. Completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
I sincerely hope Boston Pizza management takes incidents like this seriously, as no one should feel singled out or unwelcome because of who they are.

Absolutely terrible experience at Boston Pizza today. I went there with a group of friends and honestly, we were all shocked by the complete lack of cleanliness and customer service.
To begin with, the table they seated us at had visibly dirty seats. No effort was made to clean them before we sat down. Strike one.
Then the server casually strolls over and says, “Hey guys, what do you want?” No greeting, no smile, no sense of basic courtesy or professionalism. Is that really how you speak to paying customers? It felt more like we were bothering them by showing up.
The food? Bland. Incredibly underwhelming. The Mediterranean pizza tasted like someone just threw random ingredients on dough without seasoning or care.
To top it off, when the food finally came, the waitress literally just walked up and said, “Mediterranean pizza” while dumping the plate on the table. No eye contact, no confirmation of who ordered what, nothing. It was borderline rude.
As someone who works in customer service myself, I get that not every customer is easy to deal with — but this level of unprofessionalism and indifference? Unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and ripped off.

Worst experience ever. Had heard so many good things about this place and decided to give it a try — but honestly, it turned out to be a bad decision. Right from the start, the customer service was disappointing. The server came over and casually said, “Hi, what do you want?” — no greeting, no smile, just straight-up rude. The attitude of the staff completely ruined the vibe. And after all that, the food wasn’t even good enough to make up for it. Definitely not coming back.

The perfect location to pass on the prestigious KIJHL trophy. Every year there’s winners (mat) and losers (probably Mitch) and there is no better place to celebrate with some Boston sized Molsons then the Kamloops BP baby

I did and paid for an online order for two baked Alfredo pasta dishes. When we got the order home both dishes had absolutely no taste and very little sauce and despite adding our own parmesan cheese and garlic salt it was still inedible. I looked at the bill that was emailed to me and was very surprised that they added their own tip! I logged in again and started another exact online order because I didnt remember leaving a tip and clearly it takes you to the final checkout button and the tip is mysteriously added afterwards. Isn't that interesting. I don't think we will be ordering from here again because of the poor quality and taste of the food despite the higher prices and the automatic tipping.
