“My experience at the Amsterdam Restaurant was terrific. This restaurant is not hard to miss since it is located right next to the Trans-Canada highway in Kamloops. My first time there, I had the Advocaat Belgian Waffle with coffee. The waffle was amazing; topped with vanilla ice cream, egg liquor, pecans, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar while the waffle itself was warm, crunchy outside and soft inside. The coffee was great as well. I highly recommend Amsterdam to anyone who happens to come by the restaurant.“

“We stopped in for breakfast Aug 9, 24 after reading many great reviews. Breakfast was amazing. The meat lovers omelet with a few added veggies was the best and the lil stack (2) pancake was too large for me but very good fluffy pancakes, I ordered bacon on the side and received a serious mound of the most delicious bacon I've ever had. The server, Michaela was very sweet. Great restaurant!“
