My absolute favourite place to eat in Kamloops. Their happy hour menu is the best. Great food, and great service. The outside “inside” patio around the fire is great for girls night

Alanna was very prompt and positive attitude, to top off having a avacado yam roll and a chicken Alfredo, the food was delicious and decent pricing. Recommend the 2-5 happy hour for appies. Busy spot and the proff is in the food.

Terrible service! Had to ask 3 different servers for a glass for my beer. They completely forgot my partner's food order and even after it was acknowledged that it was missing it still took a long time to arrive. We frequent Brown's Social in Nanaimo on a regular basis and have never seen this level of poor service. Thankfully there are lots of other restaurants to eat at in Kamloops.

I had a wonderful experience at Browns Socialhouse Kamloops. The food was absolutely delicious — great taste and very satisfying portions. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the meal. A special shout-out to our server, Emma, who was truly outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both food quality and service!

It's been a really long time since I have been impressed with a restaurant meal. I cook a lot but get bored of my own food and love going to a restaurant. I'm usually let down but not here. They nailed it!

Had the dry ribs and they were cooked perfectly and well seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Chicken quesadilla with Mole chicken. One of the best I have ever had! If you haven't had Mole sauce before, try it! A chocolate under flavour with a complicated spice blend that form this favourful savory sauce.
French dip - The flavors from the bacon jam to the creamy horseradish aioli was top notch. The beef was nice and tender with no fat.

Our server was on top of things with a great attitude. We didn't have to ask for anything because she already thought of it.

It is rare for me to ever return to an establishment after getting extremely poor service. I am glad that this was not the case. This visit was one accompanied by a regular and this may have played a part in how delightful the evening turned out. Here is the breakdown on what redeemed Brown's back onto our list of places to dine.

Service: As our last visit had none, merely having someone come take our drink order made this return trip 10x better. Even more importantly, the waitress, a gloriously social miss by the name of Linden, ensured that we were attended to. There when we needed something but not pushy or smothering, knowledgeable about the food without being a know it all and overall representing herself and Browns in the most favorable light.
Atmosphere: the place was packed. Though a little loud it was not uncomfortable. Though the staff was slammed with orders and work, they were all friendly and smiling.

Food: though the portion sides (particularly proteins) were smaller than they used to be, everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Quality is definitely the most important aspect of the meal itself. Dishes my party recommend are the Smokehouse burger, Blackened Chicken Alfredo and the Quesadilla.

I hope that the excellence of the evening continues as the norm. Consistency. All in all, a 5 star evening. Keep it up.
