Browns Socialhouse Summit

The 1st time I ate here , i was absolutely shocked at how amazing the food was. I ordered the blackened chicken rice bowl and not only was there a lot of food but it was cooked to perfection. My meal was absolutely phenomenal. My server was Ireland and she is hands-down the best server I have ever encountered. She brought an energy to the table that is a very rare one. She made amazing eye contact , she was happy, knowledgeable, quick and very thorough. I didnt have ask for much of anything because she already brought it to the table. Extra napkins , coffee refill etc. I went back not long after had a different server and we were nowhere near as impressed. Can't wait to go back , this time of course making sure that Ireland will be on shift . Thank you , Ireland for being so awesome !! We will be back.

We have been to Browns on several occasions and typically it’s been good. This time it was awful. The food tasted old and very greasy. The waitress was not very personable.

There was significant time in between the waitress coming back to check in to see how things were. It
was later in the evening, the restaurant wasn't super busy. The fries tasted as though they were microwaved and old.

Our waitress didn’t ask how the food was, and didn’t check in after the food was brought. We received our bill and she appeared annoyed.

Unfortunate, we won’t be returning and wouldn’t suggest for others.

Residing on the coast. Working in Kamloops. Have only been to this location once about 10 yrs. ago. Has a nice warm ambiance. Food was exceptional. Our server Linden was upbeat & personable. Great personality. Had the steak & pasta. With a mushroom demi glace. Delicious 😋. Also had the cauliflower bites w a dill sauce for a starter. So fresh, crunchy & tasty. Overall a 5🌟 experience.

Ordered fries and gravy...fries looked like they were done in a microwave so the waitress brought me a salad instead...the salad was ok but there was a huge cabbage stock at the bottom. Very bad cooks.

This venue has amazing food at great prices, and the cozy vibes make it even better. And the desserts are absolutely delicious 😋

Had a quiet lunch here recently. Fast friendly service and yummy food. The server did a great job accommodating for our dietary needs: checking in with the kitchen and offering substitutions for our preferences. Thanks

We enjoyed a nice, freshly prepared meal (fish tacos and quesadia). Everything tasted great and was served promptly. I liked the atmosphere here, I would definitely come again.

The experience was overall great and the food didn’t take too long although we were in a large group and was delicious, no complaints! Amazing place for a fancy lunch!

Had an awesome meal here! The nachos were piled high with all the good stuff—crispy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. The fish tacos were super fresh with a great crunch, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. But the blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo? Next level. Creamy, rich, and that blackened chicken had just the right kick.

On top of that, our server was incredibly kind and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!
