Almost the entire menu is vegan - everything from croissants to danishes. Thereâs no compromise on flavour or texture here. Croissants are unbelievably flaky and delicious. Mushroom rolls are VERY tasty. Sourdough bread is also wonderful, as are the pecan sticky buns.

I bought their sourdough loaf for my partner, who loves bread and he said it was the BEST BREAD HE'S HAD! His family all got their cinnamon rolls and loved them, too.
Even though they're a regular bakery, they still had incredibly good gluten and dairy free offerings for me. The oat berry bar and almond cake were simply addictive. Their dairy free pesto was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! Their hummus was some of the best I've had anywhere in the world. Really, I can't say enough how good their hummus is. Just try it!
The only reason I didn't put 5 stars for service is that they're a little slow because they're so popular. To me, the occasional wait is worth it, though. Just get in there and enjoy!

Such a lovely bakery! The pastries are always fresh, and the bread has that perfect balance of soft inside and crispy crust. The staff are warm and welcoming, and you they can make their cakes vegan. Definitely my go-to spot for a treat.

The jalepeno cornmeal muffins had 1/4cup of hard as nuts old corn in them. The berry squares had crumbled apart in the box and didnt hold their shape, but fell apart if u tried picking one up. Why was the earl grey tea watery with no flavor? No fun at this bakery
I LOVED the sweet treats I bought at Brynnâs Bakery today. The ambiance in the bakery is soft and kind and you can tell itâs popular by how many people walk in and out within a few minutes. I chose the cinnamon bun, chocolate/ sea salt cookie and the coffee, chocolate scone. Everything is clearly labeled vegan and also most common allergies are written on little cards at the display.
You can also grab all sorts of coffee at this place and sit-in or take away. If you visit Kamloops: make a stop here!

Super easy to order a cake online for my daughter's birthday, and it's great that they have choices on sizes, but when I spent as much as I did to support local by ordering a vanilla almond raspberry cake, I expect raspberries! The cake and icing were fantastic, not super sweet, and really a moist cake, but a very serious lack of raspberries!

The environment is quaint and adorable! The seating is available both indoors and outdoors and there is local art on the walls available for purchase. The sourdough is absolutely perfect but they also excel at drinks, cakes, cake pops, squares, cookies and focaccia....oh the focaccia flavors change often which will keep your coming back to see what genius flavor combinations they invented!
The service is top notch, the staff will gladly recommend things based on your diet or flavor preferences and they are very enthusiastic about the goodies there!
If you haven't been here yet, I suggest making it a Kamloops bucket list item and ticking that box soon!!
The quality of the food is excellent but the business continuity is lacking. Yesterday I prepaid and placed an order for two bags of pizza dough (one cooked, another frozen). Today the same clerk who sold it to me told me it wasnât paid and had no memory of my purchase. Thankfully I had the receipt to show her because clearly the transaction was NOT tracked.
