Always fresh, always delicious, and always friendly staff! Their breads have amazing texture and flavour, and the treats are absolutely delightful without being too sweet. Also is a great place to find vegan/vegetarian options. If you haven't been to Brynn's, you're missing out on some of Kamloops' finest baking!

I ordered a custom cake for my birthday. It was so good, I am so happy that there is a place in Kamloops to get vegan options. My cake was so delicious, everyone loved it. I did have a bit of a hiccup with knowing my order was received and was late to pick up but everyone was so wonderful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a special treat. I even got a tasty savoury roll and it was amazing. Excited to try more of their treats and things!Dietary restrictions: Vegan Options!!!

Brynn's Bakery made our wedding cake, and it was DELICIOUS! We received so many compliments from our guests, from those who tried it, about the taste of the cake. My husband raves that it was the best cake he has ever had.. and I agree! We ordered a very simple 8-inch vanilla cake with raspberry filling and Italian buttercream.Not only was the cake delicious, but it was exactly what we wanted - a very simple/white cake! Thank you, Brynn's! We will absolutely be ordering cakes from them again.

We ordered a London Fog cake for my mother in laws 70th birthday. We picked up the cake on Thursday morning and served it Friday night and it was absolutely superb. Multiple people said it was without a doubt the best cake they have ever had. We enjoyed leftovers on Sunday morning and it was still just as good. Our entire family talked about the cake the entire weekend away. We highly recommend.
