Burger & Cafe Joy

I had a very upsetting experience at this business. I came in, bought food, and sat down while waiting for my bus. I was extremely tired and briefly rested on the bench after eating. Even though I was a paying customer and not disturbing anyone, the security guard — who came there to eat — confronted me in a very rude and aggressive way.

What made the situation even worse was that the owner and the staff supported his behaviour instead of treating me fairly as a customer. Nobody asked if I was okay or tried to understand the situation. It felt like their personal connection with the guard mattered more than proper customer service and basic respect.

I left feeling embarrassed when I had done nothing wrong. No customer should be treated this way. I hope the management reflects on this and learns the importance of professionalism, empathy, and treating customers with dignity.

A friend of mine brought me here and it didn't disappoint. You can tell they like to make burgers and put a lot of thought into them and the fries were hot, fresh and delicious! Very nice place to take a break and relax for lunch. Clean and friendly 🥰

A small restaurant in the Sahali Mall. I was waiting for my bus and I had a really good meal before going on my journey. The rice curry was perfect and the vegetarian spring rolls delicious. They made me very comfy and I almost feels like home.

Peiting served me today and wow it was amazing! I had the teriyaki burger and the spring rolls with the spicy chill mayo and was blown away like wow 😙 ❤️. I have seen her cakes and deserts super excited to come back and try out. Family run restaurant and the effort they put in shines through there wonderful and tasty food.

P.S. there bubble tea was great and they have popping Boba mango was awesome 👌

Wanted to try a different burger and this place didn’t disappoint. Tried the BC burger with a side of Yakisoba and it was a great choice.
Simple burger let the minimal toppings shine. Well priced, tasty meal.

Definitely will be back to try more options!

One of my favourite places for burgers. They are affordable, yet taste very homemade! I’m not big on bubble tea, but I really enjoyed passion fruit tea 🧋🍔

The customer service was good.
The brown sugar bubble milk tea was spot, with options to customize sweetness levels which I appreciate!
I ordered the classic teriyaki burger and it was super dry and the sauce was so salty we couldn’t even eat the burger. I was very disappointed with it.
I would go back for bubble tea but definitely wouldn’t order the burger again.

Unique offerings, fair prices, and very friendly staff! Also, they have incredible looking home-made cakes, which is something I’d ever expect from a burger shop.

Amazing Food and Bubble Tea.. even the breakfast sandwiches which are cheaper than McDonald's and FAR BETTER 4$ for a delicious Terryaki Egg bacon English muffin (there are several options under 5$).. This place Does Not disappoint. It's got the atmosphere of a small family run cafe and that's what it is.. Delicious and you must try Their burgers which are Canadian favourites with an authentic Japanese twist. Yum Yum Yum MUST TRY 👍👍👍👍🤗😁👍👍👍👍
