Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant was nothing like the advertised pictures. Soggy. Barely any bacon. The hash browns were cold and over cooked and almost exploded when bit into it as they were very dry.

Have been going here less and less over time cause of one female associate who runs the drive through usually and is so mean and such an idiot who does not let you finish speaking when your ordering and is very rude to you, terrible customer service.

The last 3 times we've tried ordering on DoorDash, our order gets cancelled. Might as well just take the restaurant off of there if you never want to accept orders. We called to ask why it kept getting cancelled and whoever answered the phone said it was DoorDash's fault and not theirs. Based on other reviews, I'm going to guess that's a lie and they just don't want to accept the orders.
Went through the drive thru around 3pm Sat. Oct 26. The service was exceptional. Polite drive thru attendant and very efficient. We had a large order and the order came organized, we'll put together and not squished or crammed in 1 bag. So impressed everything was tasty and warm, we asked for napkins, ketchup and sauces which were all in the bag. Super impressed! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick meal.
1 star straight across the board... would have been no stars if that were an option. The lady running the drive through on September 27th, in the evening around 8:q30. She was absolutely miserable!! From the moment she "greeted" us, you could hear it in her voice how unhappy she was. We don't have a BK in our town, so we needed a few minutes to go over the menu, when we asked for the time, she said "okay... I was just greeting you to the drive-through." My husband and I both looked at eachother and said "whoa!" Then as we were almost ready, she came back and said "are you ready to order yet?" Once we were done ordering and we drove up to the window, it was the same lady and she was even less pleasant in person. When she brought us our food, she actually shoved it out the window to my husband and immediately slammed the window shut without saying a word. I have never been treated so horribly. We were so disgusted by the whole interaction that neither of us wanted to eat the food. We ended up tossing the entire bag away. To say the least, this woman managed to ruin our entire experience. Anyways... I get that everyone has a bad day sometimes, but professionalism and politeness goes a long way in customer service!

Traveling through Kamloops this morning about 8am and decided to stop at BK since we don't have one in our town. No one was around. I finally asked if anyone was home. Lol We went to order, and my husband wanted a burger instead of breakfast. She said we have No Beef! I said "WHERES THE BEEF" oh the grill didn't get turned on yet. The guy she was working with didn't speak enough English to understand the order my husband had to settle for. He got 2 for $6 deal with Chicken English muffin No Cheese. This guy had no idea what he was doing. The girl that took our order, had to get sturn with him and he still screwed it up. His meal was cold and not enough mayo to taste. I ordered French toast sticks meal. Nothing was fresh or cooked properly. I was very disappointed today. You need to do better!
