Decided to stop at Chopped Leaf as we are currently limiting the ingredients we are eating and WOW the cashier that took our order was patient, kind and very helpful!!! Dinner was deelish! Even grabbing your booklet so I could see the nutritional info on your dressings. I definitely felt like I was āone of those peopleā however the staff were fully supportive

The girl who took my order was friendly but the lady who handed me my food was rude, it was two childrenās bowls stuffed in a 1 cup container, I told her this doesnāt look right, she was rude. Letās just say itās a kids bowls stuffed and when youāre getting it to go how are they supposed to eat when itās squished in this one cup and paid $15 for two bowls. Will I ever learn, iI always tip when I get takeout and this time I wish I didnāt, the lady was rude and talked ugly to me all because I questioned if it was for two I paid for.

A wholesome alternative to typical fast food. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of wraps, salads, and bowls. Orders are placed at the counter and then there is table service to bring you your food and take away the dishes after. The portions were generous and the food was tasty and well seasoned. It would be nice if they had a few other drink options.

Found an Insect in My Takeout ā Extremely Disappointed!
I picked up a sandwich from Chopped Leaf just before closing, and when I got home and opened the box, I was absolutely disgusted to find an insect inside the container ā right next to my food.This is completely unacceptable. No matter what time it is, basic hygiene and cleanliness should never be compromised. I trusted this place for clean, fresh meals, but clearly, thereās a serious issue with quality control.
Itās disturbing to think I could have eaten that sandwich without noticing. This incident has completely ruined my experience and shaken my trust in the brand. I expect this to be taken seriously and addressed immediately. If you care about food safety, double check your orders ā or maybe just avoid this location altogether.

Ordered a chicken caesar wrap... wrap was half the size it normally is. Pretty much all wrap, minimal lettuce, minimal dressing and NO CHICKEN. Very disappointed as we have never had a bad experience at this location before. Unsure if it's inflation, new employee or what's going on but we will be hesitant to return :(
