All I can say is pumpkin cruffins.

They told me they don't make rye bread....all they had was fresh white bread of many shapes and forms.

Stopped at Cobb in Kamloops on our way to our cabin to get some quality products for our company. Excellent service friendly and helpful. The bread and buns were perfect for our barbecues. We definitely will be back.

Foods always great, but the younger male thats been working check-out late afternoons is rude.

We came in 5 minutes before closing. We called in couple minutes prior to coming to check if the buns were fresh and still available. The guys said yes. We reach at 6:55 and they have everything away to the donation people. What’s left was only stale buns. They sold it to us. We questioned it that they are hard and they said yeah they were sitting out all day. I go back in to return. I entered the shop at 6:59 and asked them for a refund. The clocks turned to 7:00 pm and they said sorry the till is closed. Terrible service.
1. Why would you allow donation people to pick up everything from your shop while it’s still open for people who want to buy?
2. You should allow donation people only after your shop is closed.
3. We weren’t given the priority, instead the donation was a priority. Maybe it’s time to switch your business to charity?
4. You closed the till before closing time and denied us a refund.

I do understand we were late but the shop was still open. This is worst service I have received in a while.

I would like to raise this concern with Cobs higher management

I went in for the first time in a couple years. First of all.. shout out for the bag! Everything was fantastic, cruffins, I think that's what they were called, were so good!! I took a bunch to work, messy but very tasty!! Service was fast and friendly!

I hate the bread bags! Why don't they have bags that fit the bread loaf? It's the same bags for buns and everything else. The bread doesn't stay snug in the bag, I don't like them. The price for bread is high too, over 6 dollars for a small loaf of sour dough!!

One of the worst customer services ever. Bought stuff, realized i got locked out of my car so was waiting for my partner to drop off the keys, and in less than 10 mins, the staff asked me to leave the store as they didn't want me in there. Rude and doesn't know how to behave properly.

Also, not to mention, it was -5 outside and i had no jacket.

Rude as hell and inhumane.

They didn't have a lot of selection out. They have a great peach custard Danish.
Not as sweet as some other places, but came across as a nice light snack.
