Nice cozy restaurant nestled inside the Kamloops Delta Hotel. I had the brunch here and the vegetable omelets was so delicious. Perfect balance of taters and fruits. I'll come back again for this brunch. Service was outstanding.

We have been going to Cordo since it was Blue Lounge, same chef, approximately every other week until a year ago when the menu changed,the prices increased and the food quality was not to prior standards. We have been three times since last May, and each time was adisappointment. Last Saturday night was the worst. The spaghetti dish was tasteless and overpricedat $32 for the serving, and the fish and chips is one piece of sole whereas in the past it has been a better quality of fish (cod/salmon)Service has always been excellent, with a special shoutout to Tristan, Montana, and Heather for your service over the years. For a Saturday night, the restaurant was not at the capacity it has been in the past. We like to support local, but we won't bereturning.

It's a restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. I chose this restaurant because I wanted to invite someone I had helped out for a meal, and the atmosphere was very nice, and I was able to sit comfortably and have a relaxing conversation. The staff at the restaurant were really kind and attentive, so I'm really glad I chose this restaurant. The food looks very nice and the prices are reasonable even though it's inside a hotel.This is a recommended restaurant.

We are looking for a fine dining experience in Kamloops. This is the closest we've found. Really enjoyed the appetizer sample and palette cleanser. Nice touches. We had the pork chop/pear, and chuck beef. Both were healthy portions and nicely plated. The beet salad was delicious. It would have been nice to have some sea salt for the table rather than just ordinary salt shaker. Attentive service without being too much.

Went in for their special Valentines Day dinner. What an absolute amazing experience! We were greeted right away and shown to our table where we were presented with a long stemmed pink rose and glasses of Prosecco! Our server Nathan made us feel right at ease answering all of our many questions. I have been to Cordo many times before, but this was by far my most memorable experience. There was a set menu and having seen the menu advertised on Instagram, I already knew what I was going to indulge in! We treated to a lovely amuse bouche with edible flowers to get us excited for our starters. We opted for the Beets and Boursin and the lobster bisque which had the perfect balance of flavors and the hint of lemon at the right moments. If it would have been socially acceptable, I would have picked the bowl and lapped up every. Last. Drop! Once our plates were cleared, we were then presented with a palate cleanser of a lemon blackberry sorbet. This was the perfect way to get excited for the main event. We opted for the special dinner for two and were extremely happy with our decision. Fresh oysters with a variety of toppings, two lobster tails, grilled lamb rack, prawns, potato purée and grilled broccolini. I don’t even have words to describe how much this tantalized and excited my taste buds every single bite. For desert we opted for the chocolate pate and the gingerbread cake with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream. What a perfect way to celebrate the conclusion of such a fabulous dinner. Thank you Cordo for such an absolutely amazing dinner!
Clearly went above and beyond for Valentine's Day. All the little extras made for an extremely memorable experience, and this will be a place we likely return to specifically for Valentine's Day as a result.

Food was tasty and service was great. Had the pork and beef spaghetti and tried my boyfriend's pork belly appetizer, both were very tasty. Will start coming here on a regular basis.
The server that we had was not very attentive and only got our drinks but not our meals. which sucked but the hostess Montana did a fabulous job took our order and went about and beyond

OMG, OMG, OMG….went there this evening with a friend to celebrate her birthday. Beautiful atmosphere and decor. The food was soooo good!!! The service, well, exceptional. The waitress was attentive but not hovering- and lovely with a warm smile to welcome us. We weren’t hurried at all (but it was quiet in the restaurant). We shared a starter - okanaghan pear&radicchio salad-which was absolutely delish! The spicy maple pork belly-was to die for - so melt-in-your mouth ! Then we were brought a palate cleanser, okanaghan cherry & watermelon sorbet before our entre- and it was divine. My entre was-and the Handmade Parmesan Gnocchi which was light on the tongue and flavourful and quite a large portion, but because it was so light and airy, i didnt feel stuffed and ate the whole plate . And for dessert- well i have never, ever, had cappuccino icecream (more like a gelato) which was that GOOD! It was exquisite along with the macaroons (light as air). Thiank you to the Chef for an EXCELLENT meal. You really have created a show-stopper menu. You are very talented and my taste buds are still dancing hours later. This is the best restaurant I have ever experienced. Worth every single dollar (and not overpriced i might add) I would highly recommend you go!! You will not be disappointed.
