The takeout sandwiches are really just bad. Bun was hard and had processed cheese. Can’t speak for the baked goods, I really don’t want to even bother.

Went in for a morning pastry - ended up overpaying for a stale cinnamon bun that didn’t have much flavor. The young lady helping me was quite shy, quiet and difficult to understand. I won’t be returning, as crazy as it sounds, i’d rather hit up a Tim Hortons for a frozen donut. Good luck, Craig’s Bakery.

Most have new owners, went in for a cream puff and had the most rock hard pastry and the filling had the taste of fridge on the exterior. Definitely a little too old to be selling to customers, it went straight into the trash. Butter tart was ok but tasted like straight sugar rather than browned butter.

Found a giant hair in my pepperoni cheese bun. Definitely gone down hill on food and quality. The employee who worked there had no idea what a pizza pretzel was either. Pretty sure they got bought out of something.

Bought cinnamon buns and a few loaves of bread. Bread was quite dry, like it was at least 2 days old. Cinnamon buns were good but had hardly any cinnamon. Won't be back

If you like STALE hard baked goods .. this place is for you .. this place is garbage .. never going back again.

Wont be back..dunno if it has new owners or what..but food Quality..service..cleanliness is gone...too many flies to count...will not ever be back...too bad used to be so good

any chance you can fix anything at all at "MCCLEANERS" Since you are the owner? near nothing works. I lost important items to burning in a dryer that stopped spinning and melted lots of my items... and waited months for a reply that never happened! I left many messages with the lil lady at shop. but I got a feeling it never made it to you...

I am not sure if this is under new ownership or something, but the quality has tanked. The donuts have become hard and stale every time I get them. The "fresh" buns are no longer fresh when I go to get them and the staff does not seem to care.

Service is poor. My mother and I go for coffee every Sunday. Looks like new ownership and staff is slow, not much English and half the equipment is broke. No hot water for an Americano?

Just about tripped over a cord plugged into the owners truck..Since they closed down due to asbestos and threw away tons of baked goods I no longer support them. Everything is SO much better from save on foods, which is sad!

Bread is good but I’m here just for reviewing the customer service. Victoria is awesome and is always polite but there’s another lady, I don’t know her name. She is super rude all the time for no reason at all. Given 3 stars only bcz of Victoria??
