Cutting Board Bistro & Bakery

The Cutting Board is my favourite place in Kamloops. Not only is the food ALL gluten free and amazing, it is absolutely served with love by the owners. Brunch, lunch, snacks, sweets, whatever gluten free yums you're after, they've got it. The food is so good that our family members from out of town (who aren't gluten free) request a stop here every time they come to visit. It's that good. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a visit soon!

Found this place when travelling 2 years ago. Come back every time I’m here. I’ve been to gluten free bakery’s all over Canada and the US and this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The service has always been amazing as well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

First time visiting The Cutting Board. I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere and that they are strictly Gluten free! Haven’t eaten out anywhere in a long time as a celiac. All the treats looked delicious in the cabinet and let me tell you the food coming from the kitchen looked absolutely yummy! Didn’t know they served breakfast and lunch. Will be back for sure. Bought the sampler pack of dessert squares. The lady at the counter was friendly & helpful and the chef took time to chat with me as well Thank you! Linda

My partner and I are driving around BC as part of a mini your whilst we visit friends in Vancouver. I am coeliac and we called in here especially as it is fully gluten-free.

I ordered the burger and it was amazing, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this and any other burger. There was no wait time to be seated and the service was excellent.

I'd recommend this to coeliacs and anyone that is just looking for great food!

Absolutely fantastic! Service, quality and gluten free! Three of us aren’t gluten free and we all were so impressed. Our party was from England, Vancouver and we ordered extra to take with us!

A good place to have brunch in a hurry, I was expecting a real espresso machine but it was Nespresso and I didn’t like it. The food is ok.

This restaurant is 100% gluten-free and, as someone who isn't allergic to gluten, you can't even tell that it is gluten-free food. The food is great and we're excited to try the desserts we bought. I would highly recommend you check this restaurant out.

Has delivery but refuses to deliver to reserve.... thats half the damn city you're refusing to serve... will not be going back and will be telling everyone on reserve. If they dont accommodate this side of the river I dont feel comfortable walking i to that store

While visiting the area we stopped by and were not disappointed. The cookies are soft and delicious which is amazing as most gluten free cookies are hard and dry. My kid LOVES the Nutella topped brownie so much that she begged to visit one last time before we headed home. The pucker up cheesecake is top notch. It was so nice to be able to order from a menu without worrying about hidden gluten. Knowing I could safely eat anything they offer took away a lot of stress. It’s a pity we live 2 provinces away!!

Atrocious business. 9 times we've tried to get food from them. Every time they either don't have anything or force you to go online to place orders in advance, but even shut the website down because they can't even fulfill orders.
I don't know who is running the business but for years now there has been constant issues.

It's a cute place with good service and I can't speak to the rest of the menu as I only tried one thing but the Nanaimo Bar is one of the more bland things I've eaten lately. Perhaps this is the odd item out
