Our experiences at this Dairy Queen location in Kamloops have consistently been positive, particularly when we visit from Vernon. The service is notably excellent, with food delivered directly to the table and ice cream served upon request. A significant detail is the provision of plastic spoons, a feature we appreciate, as we have encountered wooden spoons at our local Vernon establishment. We have consistently enjoyed our visits, and the quality has always been satisfactory.

Disappointing! We went at 9:00 pm to get our food and the building was closed. The drive thru was open but we wanted to go in. We saw another group of young men get turned away as well. Both groups ended up going to Sonic across the road.

I bought a strawberry cheesecake blizzard that came with 2 strawberry slices and NO cheesecake as well as a medium sundae that is literally half the size of a kids size. The employees working at this location clearly do not care about the service they provide and only about the paycheque they’re getting. Do not recommend ordering here.

short ponytail girl kept interrupting us every sentence saying “is that number 9” which it wasn’t. we continuously repeapyed ourselves and still got the wrong order. horrible customer service.

The short ponytail lady interrupted and argued with us over 15 times as we tried to order and continued to screw out order up. When I came back to clarify my order she threw the receipt in my face and hardly spoke to me.
Hours are wrong. Closed at 9pm on Saturday...not 12am.
