I’m so done with this place I live down the road so I go fairly often and I don’t know what has happened to this place but the passed 5 times I have been there they mess my entire order up and it’s not even a hard order and they’ve gotten it completely wrong 5 times in a row now the food sucks services sucks and I’ll officially never go here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone speak as loud and clearly as you want they’ll still mess it up this restaurant is a complete joke now 0 ⭐️ completely pathetic ?

I thought I'd stop in for a small treat in the middle of my walk. I have not been to a DQ in many decades. I asked for a small dipped cone. The smiling man behind the till asked for $4.32! I nearly had a stroke. I looked over the menu and it was indeed the cheapest treat available. I will never go back. DQ has gotten far too greedy. When I was a boy a large blizzard was a dollar. Now you can't have a large one. You can have one half that size but it is now $8! And 1320 calories! Looks like you have to give up thrift and nutrition to eat at a DQ now. This experience was in Kamloops but when I got my free Dilly bar for taking the survey, I used it in Calgary. The same small dipped cone was $3.50. The Dilly bar regular price is $3.40! That's just too much money and not enough food for me.
I think people have got to be incredibly lazy to pay more than $4 for a two bite cone rather than buy a liter of ice cream. Outrageous!

Drove into town from up north and headed to DQ as it was advertised as open. Pulled up to order board at 10:43 and ordered burgers and blizzards. After order was rang up I was told the kitchen closes at 10:45 and was refused service. Very unprofessional

If I could give 0 stars I would! Never ever in my whole life have I ever gotten moldy food at a restaurant but this is now a first. Everyone in this city needs to know to not order anything on a bun from Dairy Queen. I called to report it and I was offered 2 more cheeseburgers free probably not free from mold. My whole family is now watching for symtoms of sickness as we all had cheeseburgers that tasted off but only when my daughter flipped her burger over did she notice mold after she had eaten some and then vomited.
I know the facility isn’t peanut free. But having ordered a blizzard that wasn’t supposed to have peanuts in it. My husbands allergies have apparently gotten worse with time. They weren’t bad when younger so we thought DQ was going to be okay as long as we didn’t order peanut ice cream. Needless to say he had to go to the hospital due to having a peanut in one of his bites.
Their blizzards are delicious. I love them: but take note that even if you don’t order an item that you’re allergic to, you could potentially have that allergen in it.

Worst service they are not ready to attend you .
Food is okay and the staff are friendly, but the drive thru wait times are insane. Unless you have 15+ minutes to spare, maybe avoid this location.

I’m not sure if this location has new management in the last three months but the drive thru wait times have been about five times faster than before. Great job ?

Food was cold. Staff all spoke non English the whole time we were there including being served. Garbage's were over crowded and no where to put ours so we left it on the table

We love DQ or we did. This store smelled like rancid oil. Our food didn't taste bad but both my husband and I spent the night vomiting. $30 for food that made us sick.

Order a small dip cone , it's laughable how tiny it is. Owners really know how to cut corners here. We won't be back.
Cardwood straws for a large milkshake dosent work! One straw will fall apart before the drink is done, plus for the price of the shake the cardwood straw changes the taste so it's not as enjoyable. When I asked for a extra stray the look I was given was rude. Not impressed .I'll make the drive to valleyview Dairy Queen from now on as they have plastic straws and it's a much better atmosphere

I've always been treated well here by the staff, which, considering the questionable service I've received elsewhere for just looking a little rough around the edges, is actually amazing. My orders have never taken very long to prepare and get to me
