Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This may be the cleanest fast food joints I've ever been in, it was noticed immediately on entering. Food was hot & fast, staff were friendly.
People go out of their way to point out fast food "imperfections", this location has earned credit across the board.

It’s my favourite DQ and place to go for lunch at school.

The poor staff have the biggest lunch rush but a chill day for the rest which is nice.
The food here is delicious and tastes more rounded and luxurious than the other DQ.

There are no sidewalks to the location from the school, and no crossing which makes it very challenging and dangerous to walk to. 😔
There are booths and tables, with veiw of TVs playing fail videos.

Employee working in the night was very rude, have no reason to yell at your drivers picking up deliveries for skip, I told the employee I had couple deliveries in the thermal bag but the employee kept on his rude tone and told me to get out when i showed I wasn't lying that I had another pickup in the bag, ridiculous employees working at this location! Won't be back ever to pick deliveries from this location, nor to buy their products!!!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I’ve never been to a restaurant in Canada where staff speak to customers so disrespectfully. The lady at the front had no idea how to talk to people.

I was there to pick up an order for delivery. Since my delivery bag doesn’t have a sturdy bottom, I didn’t put the order inside right away because it included ice cream. There was a high risk that the ice cream would spill before I could reach my vehicle. My plan was to place it in the bag once it was securely on the car seat.

However, the employee shouted at me in an unpleasant tone, saying, “Hey you, put it in your bag right now!” I was shocked by how rude she was and want to advise her to learn how to speak to others with respect. The way she spoke to me might be acceptable in her country, but here in Canada, people are more respectful towards each other. It was especially humiliating to be spoken to like that in front of others.

When I asked for her name so I could report the incident to her manager, she refused to give it to me and simply walked away.

The food is good but the staff are not helpful. Their working hours are incorrect. Wouldn’t let me charge my phone from their outlet.

Absolutely disappointed- my daughter was given a coupon for a free small cone at her fast ball provincials. I went to use it today at this location and they told me that they don’t hand out coupons and because the address wasn’t for this specific Dairy Queen they wouldn’t accept the coupon. Well there was 17 teams from across BC and they all got the same coupons there wasn’t a specific address so that these girls could use the coupon when they got home!

The service was really quick and pleasant, I got the Skor blizzard with extra Skor, it was made to perfection. Always my last stop on my way out to Kamloops.

Charging $3 for ranch after giving you a literal tablespoon worth with your meal is wild. I spent $20 I deserve more than a tablespoon of dip.

Rip off. Worst customer service, cold food. The employees didn’t seem to know how to do their job or that they hated their job- one or the other. Paid $2 for extra strawberries and this is what I got. When I went to ask they said this was supposedly “2 full scoops” when it literally looks like less than a scoop. I love bananas spilts and order them all the time so I know. Food was cold. When there’s barely any jobs in this economy people should be grateful for a job. March 9th, 7:30pm. One young male Pilipino and one middle age female Pilipino worker.
