Rip off. Worst customer service, cold food. The employees didn’t seem to know how to do their job or that they hated their job- one or the other. Paid $2 for extra strawberries and this is what I got. When I went to ask they said this was supposedly “2 full scoops” when it literally looks like less than a scoop. I love bananas spilts and order them all the time so I know. Food was cold. When there’s barely any jobs in this economy people should be grateful for a job. March 9th, 7:30pm. One young male Pilipino and one middle age female Pilipino worker.

Went here 20 minutes ago. Best Fast food restaurant my family and I have ever been to. Best blizzards around and the staff are delightful. Seriously amazing DQ. Big shout out to the man with the headset on who took our orders, he is amazing.

Best Queen around BC. I'm from Vernon and I come here everytime I pass through. Fast service, friendly staff, orders always correct, not cheap with condiments, sauces, whatever. Well done Q-team!
This is hands down the worst DQ I've ever saw. Barely any toppings in the blizzards, 3.66 for a bottle of water and they increase prices all the time. I am actually done with DQ from now on. I won't go back again.

Best DQ we have ever been to. Very friendly, clean . Only have one till so it's a bit of a wait when there is a line up. Dont forget to grab your napkins at the front because there are no napkins on the tables at this one. But one of my favorite DQ in Kamloops. Love the clean tables and bathroom.

Always hot eats and cool treats! Love hitting yp DQ for a blizzard! Yes the prices keep going up and up... but every so often you can get a second blizzard for a loonie! Let me tell you - that is the time to strike. They always have fun new flavours to try so it's always worth going back to sample the newest concoction! Thanks DQ!
