I used to never be a fan of dominos pizza. I then had a friend tell me how he had free pizza rewards with dominos. I decided to download app. Kamloops location though blew my tastebuds away. Keep improving with new pizzas, stuff crust is even better than pizza hut and even cheaper. I even got their latest boneless chicken bites that had cheese and bacon with bbq sauce. it was a meal in one and so flavorful. What i love the most about dominos is they have lots of options for people like me who cant have tomato/pizza sauce and need to have other pizza sauce options. Always well cooked. Even couple chairs to sit inside. Busses are close by and quick delivery and app to see how close your delivery driver is on the way. never disappointed and always hott! Thanks dominos!

Always a satisfying experience with Domino’s! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings just the way I like it. The crust had that perfect crunch, and the flavors were spot on. Quick delivery and great customer service as always. Definitely my go-to for a comfort food fix!
Worst customer service. Ordered a veggie pizza had meat on the pizza. Upon calling them no apologies made, asked me to drive down there to pick up the replacement. After arguing they agreed on delivering. While hanging up, no sorry no thank you. Shows lack of respect towards the job

As a long-time local customer, I’ve given this Domino’s more chances than I should have. Enough is enough.
Every time the app shows Bhavik as the one preparing my order, the result is consistently disappointing. The pizzas come out with fewer toppings than they should, and even basic requests like herbs, chili flakes, or seasonings are ignored. The “well done” option is rarely honored. I’m not asking for anything special, just the quality I’m paying for.
What’s worse, I’ve witnessed Bhavik, who is apparently a supervisor, speak to his coworkers in an unnecessarily rude and dismissive tone. It’s unprofessional, uncomfortable to witness, and reflects poorly on the entire store.
This isn’t an isolated issue. It’s a recurring pattern that needs attention. If Domino’s values quality and a respectful workplace, this location and this individual require serious oversight!!!!!
I ordered pasta from Domino’s, and it was absolutely delicious! Big shoutout to Bikram for making it — the flavours were spot on, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and it was still warm and fresh when it arrived. You can really tell it was made with care. Great job, Bikram! 😍
