The food was delicious and even though the restaurant was very busy, service was outstanding and our food arrived hot and in a timely manner. The server was one of the best we have ever had. He anticipated our needs. Kept the drinks refilled, made helpful suggestions and was friendly and genuine with a happy demeanour. Helped make our evening truly enjoyable!!! Our sincere thanks.

We thought reserved the in the main dining area and wecwere placed in the patio area which is not as nice!

Food was average this time, I've had better at Earls before. Service was not the best. Definitely needs work. Come in Earls you can do better. Will have to try somewhere else for a while.

Our food and service were fabulous. The only issue we had was that the music was too loud, with the bass turned up too much; it made conversation difficult.

We had a special birthday celebration on Friday. Our server Derek was amazing. He is professional and also very friendly. He made our lunch very special.
We are huge fans of Earls usually and our server was very good but there were 7 of us and at least half were disappointed. One meal came out cold (ribs and chicken), the warm potato salad which is usually a delicious treat was tasteless. The chicken sandwich was also bland and lukewarm. The remainder was decent. We were there for a friends birthday which we stated in the reservation and to our server which usually garners a free dessert or something but nothing was offered. Very disappointing as earls is a staple and usually one of the most reliable restaurants out there. We had waited a while for our meals so didn't bother complaining as we didn't really have time to have things remade. Hopefully our next visit will be the usual caliber.

We celebrated my dad's birthday at Earls, and the staff were so sweet and attentive. They made the night feel really special with their thoughtful service. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect—highly recommend for celebrations!
