There for Father's day. My dad asked for no onions, to which this was missed. When his meal came out, it was topped with an abundant of onions, they said they could re-make another one but we didn't want to wait. So he picked off the onions. A supervisor did come over at the end but this would have been more appreciated earlier on. This would be the reason for the redaction of one star. Also, it took forever to get seated despite the restaurant not being too full. The food was fine, service was fine. Overall, fine.

My family and I went to Earls Kamloops last night and our dinner was exceptional including the new happy hour dry ribs which were so good, we ordered four additional orders after our first order. The whole team took great care of us and every dish was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful experience. We came in for a provincial football tournament and no other place would take us except for your restaurant as we have a fairly large group Sam, was amazing, just respectful and honest about the timing and just really pleasant to work with

The staff were expremely pleasant and thoughtful - brought us a complimentary white chocolate creme brule as we were celebrating our 25th! The room was fairly quiet, I just can't wait for the renovations to it to be fully completed!

We had such a great experience! I wish I had grabbed the servers name to mention her directly. She was personable, very sweet and went over and above when my daughter found everything spicy. This was not the servers fault but my own and she was just the sweetest and most helpful. Her timing was great with checking in on us- plus our food and cocktails were so good, the white chocolate crème brûlée was perfectly executed as well.
