Place sucks, last two times they didn't give me what I asked for, and last time barely had any rice, just saugy vegetables

Went to dine in today and ordered the saucy chicken poke bowl. The man behind the counter repeatedly told me that wasn’t on the menu and literally gaslighted me when I pointed to it on the menu and said that’s not what they call it??? Our other order was supposed to be a chicken noodleful bowl with one scoop of sauce but it can out with prawns and very saucy. My poke bowl tasted good. I was already annoyed so didn’t bother bringing the other one back. Overall not impressed.

Good food and staff

The food is decent and reasonably priced. Their bubble tea starts at just over $5, and they're open until 10 PM on most days.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. I like the white rice but not the noodles or the brown rice; I guess I'm fussy. Don't get suckered into buying the bottled pop; the price difference between fountain and bottle is outrageous.

One of the worst store in customer service.You go to pickup a online order and find out every time the dude working there just doesn’t care.Will make you wait 15-20 minutes and then ask about your order and will say i just got it. it will take time-Thats his response all the time.

One of the only places in Canada's that doesn't pretend that their bathroom is broken. I finally treat everybody the same whether you look like you're homeless whether you are homeless or whether you're a business person they tend to treat everybody equally which is far and few between nowadays

Very bad customer service. The counter girl she has lacks of knowledge also the male supervisor don’t know how to provide a customer service. I ordered sushilicious meal. Online it is showing 9.99 and in store it is 13.99. I asked the girl can I get the online deal she said no. Thn she charged 13.99. And the food was too bad. Didn’t provide any chopsticks and napkins in the parcel box. Very poor service.
