Embers Brewhouse has kept its charm and made amazing updates. The beer is even better, and the food is of high-level quality. The brewery still hosts trivia nights, which is refreshing for locals. The new owners seem to know what they are doing, and they have perfected their stouts, with the Black Velvet being a must-try. The staff are mostly great, although there can be some miscommunication. The food is absolutely incredible, and the atmosphere is great. However, the kitchen hours can be unclear, and some staff members can be rude. Despite this, the food outweighs any negative experiences, and the brewery is highly recommended. Guests of the nearby hotel can also get a 15% discount. Overall, Embers Brewhouse is a great place to eat and drink, with amazing food and a great atmosphere, and it is definitely worth returning to try again.
