Embers was recommended and had plenty of seating. We ordered the Tuesday special BBQ Brisket Sandwich which was delicious and the Brisket Dip was good too but I preferred the sandwich. On Tuesday, they offer free pinball games. If you are craving beef brisket on a Tuesday while in Kamloops, give this a try.

Embers Brewhouse is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. I had the pizza special, and it was absolutely delicious—not to mention a great value. It’s also a cool spot to play some pool or pinball. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the row of pinball machines, which instantly brought me back to my youth.
But the best part is definitely the service. The staff are incredibly friendly and work hard to make your evening memorable. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Embers! Our server, Bailey, was absolutely amazing and incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming the entire time. She made the visit feel extra special. The service overall was top-notch, and the food was fantastic. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exceeded expectations.
Definitely recommend stopping in, and if you’re lucky enough to get Bailey as your server, you’re in great hands!

Our group had a fantastic experience at Embers recently! Our server was friendly and personable, and made excellent recommendations. The food was stellar (Oh Canada pizza and Caesar salad) and we enjoyed a beer flight to taste several unique brews. This place is a hidden gem in Kamloops. Plus there’s a pool table and pinball! We will definitely be back.

The wings were amazing. I saw the dry sauce less wings and thought oh no but they were perfectly smoked and seasoned. The nachos on the other hand had no cheese salsa or sour cream. I was really disappointed. We won’t be back.

Visited for a late lunch today. Ordered a cheese burger and fries. Was disappointed to have a dry, flavourless burger, the only saving grace was a mildly tangy sauce. The fries were Luke warm, oily and soggy. The service was neither good or bad. Despite there being only 2 other people there, service was slow, and did not take the feedback about the food seriously. Hopefully the food and service is better later in the day/week.

This used to be our “go to” place downtown, under the previous owners. Ordered two pizza and two orders of dry wings. Pizza was so dry and burnt on bottom with hardly any toppings. Wings very dry and overcooked also, sadly no longer our go to spot..
