Immediately upon arrival I didn’t feel welcome, there were two staff behind the bar and one person sitting at the counter. They all just stared at me instead of greeting me. Went to go sit down after saying we will stay for a drink. Server came over after 10 mins (We were the only ones there) and I tried to order “Empress Gin and Tonic” and the waitress had no idea what I was taking about. I had to explain that gin and tonic is a common high ball. She went to ask the bartender what I was talking about and he came over and said they don’t have tonic…I was surprised. I went to order a Jamison and ginger and I looked and she was asking the bartender staff where the Jamison was. My friend ordered a vodka soda and the guy came over again and said they don’t have club soda. Like I couldn’t even imagine ordering a cocktail, high balls are simple! They took 5 mins between each request to tell us they didn’t have this or that and the three of them spent time chatting with each other instead of making drinks so my friend and I left. Such a weird experience, staff need customer service training. This has potential to be an amazing spot because of the view but the Sunday staff missed the mark.

I am normally not one to complain, but disappointed with the service. We asked twice for a specific mix and twice they didn’t have it. Isn’t Club Soda and Tonic Water a stocked mix? Made for an awkward experience at the venue - unfortunately we walked out.
