Valentines eve dinner with my love and Fox n Hounds did not dissapoint. I have to say it’s probably been 30+ years since I’ve been but it was a very positive experience. They had a Valentines promo special and it was amazing. You got two appetizers, mains for two and a dessert for $75 and they did not cheap out. The food was really really good. The pub offers lighter fare, and a really great selection of dishes which are often not offered at other pubs. The house salad i had included cranberries, and sunflower seeds which made it so great! The service was prompt and friendly enough, but no one greeted us, nor made us feel especially welcome. The atmosphere is like any other pub. Nothing special there. Overall, the food made it worthwhile, and I would return.
Billy delivered our food this evening, he was extremely quick & polite! He told us to enjoy our meal, and we sure did. We even saw him take 6 plates of food to a table, at once! I couldn’t believe my eyes, the efficiency was incomparable. Thanks Billy for giving us the best experience!
