I ordered a butter chicken pizza on Friday evening and when the pizza arrived it was burnt I called the store and ask for a refund and they told me to come in for a new box on my arrival I was told to pay for a new box on a discounted price the staff speaking to me said it was my error that made the pizza burnt if you knew that why did you then tell me to come in store for a new box I left home hoping to get a new box but I just roamed aimlessly back and forth and most painful part is I have nothing to eat and I didn’t even get a refund I will never eat from this place and I’ll take as much customers as possible with me because of the treatment I got I will not let this slide easily I promise

Fresh slice is my wife’s favorite pizza chain. We have gone to this place couple times and always managed to get food poisoning. When we ordered a pizza last night, it really got my wife stomach troubled- not to mention she never gotten sick from eating before for over 20 years.We decided to put a stop on Kamloops store, do not recommend this place to feed your family

The best cauliflower pizza from any chain that I’ve ever had. I hate being gluten free but this place makes it just that little tiny bit easier.

The staff is so welcoming.Today, I saw their owner dealing with a customer complaint and trust me when I say this, I've seen such patience in someone after a long time.How she took her time to hear and explain everything to answer all the questions that guy had.You go girl ?

This place used to be amazing when the original guy owned it. They sold it now the new owners are lazy. The place is dirty. No use of gloves or washing hands when going from money and mops to food. They don’t put new pizzas out tell the old dried up ones nobody wants are sold outThey put a washroom is out of order sign up the day they bout it and it’s still up. Just don’t want to provide a washroom for the restaurant which is breaking the law.Shame to see a good place go down the toiletso quickly
