I just have to come clean and say I have a croissant addiction. This place makes them just right and IMHO the best in Kamloops. Crunchy but not too crunchy, soft but chewy interior, right amount of butter, great fillings if you're into that. It's my little slice of Paris in my corner of the world.
We grab croissants or cinnamon buns from Harvest Moon quite regularly.
This past weekend we ordered a carrot cake for a baby shower and it was so delicious. I should have grabbed a few business cards, as some of the guests had never heard of it. They have now!!

Stopped here when passing through Kamloops. Simply excellent pistachio croissant and cheese, scone - some of the best I’ve had around the world having visited many bakeries! A must stop if you’re in Kamloops.
