Dinner was good desert was way to small for the price. But the cheese cake was good.

Place has outstanding food great all around. Quite the good staff, friendly, courteous, and attentive. Only thing is some part of the place dont seem to be cleaned well for dust as I have asthma and had trouble breathing and was coughing a lot. But I am fine and still highly recommend this establishment

Half empty restaraunt. Was the only one in line for take out. Took 30 minutes!!!!! The lat thing to arrive was the salad!?!? Food was cold. No chalet sauce in all 3 orders. TERRIBLE!

Worst service in town. Not the first time I’ve experienced it but will be my last. Took 15min to get Acknowledged and get a glass of water. Was told by three different staff that someone would be back with water then take our order. After 20 min we got up and left. The staff watched us get up, put out coats on and walk to the front door and said absolutely nothing.

I just had an order (or was suppose to) from Harveys on skip the dishes. I was really excited, because I love the lightlife burger but ended up being very disappointed because when my order arrived you had given the driver the wrong order which was a bunch of meat and I'm a vegetarian so I couldn't even take the loss and eat it. When I went to go reorder with my skip credits from the first mistake, you had already taken the restaurant off skip so I couldn't get the food I so badly wanted for my dinner at work tonight

Check if they have Lindt chocolates before ordering the festive meal. Good food, I'm still sad about the chocolates though.

I would give it 5 stars but I have been going to swiss chalet for 40 years in Ontario....Home of Swiss Chalet and they always give a warm finger bowl with lemons. It is a Swiss Chalet ritual. NOT THIS TIME. It may sound trivial to most but this has been part of the Swiss Chalet experience from day 1. At this swiss chalet we received ice cold bowls of water with zero lemon in it. We only got 1 at the table of 4 adults and my wife had to ask for at least 1 more for herself....hers arrived with ice cubes floating in it. No lemon in hers either. She inquired about the lemon bowls and the server stated that in BC they only give them to people who order ribs. She said they just got a letter today stating that they were supposed to start giving these bowls of warm lemon water to all chicken or rib orders. Our food was incredibly delicious here though and our server was exciting and friendly and polite beyond words. She was truly a breath of fresh air. Her manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even 30 minutes after closing, they refused to rush us out the door. We will definitely return to dine here. Thank you for a great dinner!

Placed an online order and arrived to pick it up at the time specified...after waiting close to 20 minutes and still no order! When asked to speak to the manager, Lindsay, her response was "I have just come off my break" and there is nothing I can do for you! I understand that the chicken needs to be cooked properly and that is why we ordered ahead so it will be ready when promised, all of our sides were cold...so obviously they were ready and packed just to sit there and get cold!
