We came in this morning travelling to the US and was pleasantly met with a wonderful café filled with all sorts of plants and paintings. As it was a holiday, and most places were closed, we came in here by chance as they were the only ones who had a breakfast menu that were open and looked appealing to us. We were met by a wonderful young man who made us feel welcomed. I ordered a decaf oat latte, and my friend ordered a berry smoothie. As well as we both ordered an omelette breakfast meal. We were informed the breakfast was going to be a bit of a wait as he was the only one working at the moment. Despite the wait, breakfast tasted really nice and was just what we needed to get the long day started. Drinks were also amazing and came fast. We also had a very nice conversation with him and would definitely come back to try more breakfast for sure. Four stars. Thank you!

Cozy vibe , great coffee , and super friendly staff. The drinks are always on point — especially the iced raspberry vanilla latte — and the pastries are fresh and delicious. Perfect spot to chill , catch up with friends , or get some work done. Highly recommend !

This used to be one of my favourite brunch places in Kamloops but I don’t think I’ll be coming back, service and food quality have gradually declined. Our order was our usuals—an English breakfast and an omelette. The first dish took over 30 minutes and the second one 10 mins after. We don’t feel like the food tasted as good and the wait was definitely not worth it. This is not the first time they were late, and I do not think they should be on the menu if the cafe cannot maintain consistency.
It looked like the place was shortstaffed so I don’t blame the workers. But after a few recent misses I have lost the interest to come back.

Service was incredibly slow. 28 minutes for a latte, and 40 minutes for eggs and toast. We asked for scrambled and got Sunnyside up.
Hot chocolate didn't come with whipped cream when specifically ordered, and tasted like powdered mix. Toast was cold and dry.
Would not recommend.

I used to adore this place. Well... Things changed quite a lot. Price rose, two new employees that were here were slow, disrespectful and definitely didn't know how to make a basic cappuccino. Fortunately, the assistant manager is just as amazing as she used to be. But I am getting frustrated to see this place always understaffed and with higher and higher prices but no higher quality...
If you want go experience make sure the assistant manager or Lani are here. Otherwise you'll be greatly disappointed.

Do not order the frappe here!
I paid $10 and it was absolutely terrible… the person working didn’t seem to care.
I don’t often leave bad reviews but it was REALLY bad.
BEST iced mocha I've ever had!!

Hebrews Café is a cozy little gem! Their mocha and coffee were rich and perfectly brewed, and the croissant was flaky and buttery—just how it should be. The muffin and cheesecake were also delightful, fresh, and full of flavor. The warm and inviting ambiance makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Definitely a must-visit for coffee and dessert lovers!

I ordered a takeaway hot chocolate and waited over 25 minutes while the staff focused more on filming than serving customers. They were polite, and the place was clean, but I won’t be rushing back.
Ended up asking for a refund but that also wasn't easy. Shame when trying to support local.

First time there. Upon entering, there were many people all sitting and visiting. It seemed a “little tight” in there. The young man at the counter said hello and grabbed a pad of note paper and a pen. We asked for a medium dark roast coffee with nothing in it, a half sweet hot chocolate and a slice of lemon poppy seed cake. He wrote it down and figured out what it would cost and wrote that down. Then he had me explain what I meant by “half sweet” hot chocolate. I am diabetic. From there, it all seemed very long to get our order. He had to explain to the young woman working with him about my drink. Then I paid for it and he moved on to the lady in line . About six minutes later the young woman brought our drinks and moved on to get the ladies drink. I asked her for our poppy seed cake and she looked puzzled. She asked the young man and he had to check his notes. So she ran to the back and came out with a bag with the piece of loaf. We walked out to the car and my husband tried his coffee and did not like it. He said it had a slight burn taste to it and it was warm, not hot. Then he pulled out the piece of loaf and it was slightly frozen. My hot chocolate was fine. Janice &John

Service initially was rude and not very attentive. Even after we got our food and drinks the staff member was chatting with a customer. Did not seem like I had an opportunity to ask for any service.
We got two hot chocolates which were ok.
Food took around 20-25 minutes to come out even though no one else in the cafe ordered food. When the food came out it was cold and honestly mediocre. I got an English breakfast which only had 1 slice of tomatoes and probably 4 slices of mushrooms. My girlfriend's food had hair in it.
They refunded her plate which was nice of them.
