We had to flag people down to take our orders to begin with. Food took 30 mins to come. When I asked how long it would take, 1 person argued it had been 15 minutes since we ordered (not my fault the order went to the kitchen later than we were actually done ordering), and our server gave me attitude about how their food was made from scratch and it wasn't fast food. Plenty of places make their food from scratch and don't take 30 mins to come. Wasn't even worth the wait - eggs were undersalted and my greens were soggy. Soup was okay. Thankfully I don't live in Kamloops so I will not be visiting again. Shame because I was very excited to come in and had to drag my friends in.

This place is something special! The vibes is immaculate. The service was excellent. And the food was delicious! The owner ended up serving us and she was the sweetest. I got the Benny and they let you mix and match flavours if you get 2 or 3. Love that! Highly recommend!

Passing through and found this cute place. Whimsical menue options like green eggs and ham. Changing table in the bathroom like an actual wooden change table, not a fold down plastic one like at the gas stations and a rocking chair for nursing moms, in the bathroom. The most unique thing about this place, our server is the owner! So much charm! This place is amazing!

I discovered this place while staying at the nearby Delta. There is an immediate sense of belonging once you enter the premises. The staff are smiling, courteous and efficient. They care about you and about your experience. The food options are lively and creative - and extremely savoury. The Breakfast Grilled Cheese was a personal fave. And who can forget the generous pour of quality, tasty coffee in one of their very unique mugs. I may never get to Kamloops again, but this place will be forever etched in my heart and soul back home in the Maritimes. This place does it right, consistently.

Time for a true review. Small cute place. You have to wait outside because of its size until there is a table. It’s about 7 degrees right now so was a bit cold. Not a problem though.
The food however was terrible. Green eggs were dryer than anything I’ve eaten. Poached medium eggs came out hard boiled and crumbly. They use a pan mold for poaching eggs. Not your typical drop in water style that most trendy restaurants do. Our waiter never came back to ask if we wanted a top up on coffee or to check on us. We sat waiting for the bill and finally the waiter says he forgot to mention we pay at counter. We would have figured that out if someone came by even once.
Overall the location is good. Food is over cooked and dry.

I have been to Hello Toast a few times for breakfast. AMAZING food. Yesterday, one of their specials was an eggs benny with figs and Gorgonzola on focaccia bread. Chefs kiss. It was amazing. The staff at Hello Toast are amazing and always so friendly. The restaurant isn’t huge but it has huge personality. If you’ve never been, I recommend that you go. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
This was my first time going to Hello Toast and also my first time trying an eggs Benny, and now I can’t believe I went my whole life without one! Our server was super friendly and helpful, and the food came out in a timely manner. I ordered The Pulled Porker and it was absolutely delicious (I almost wish I had ordered another one!) I’ll definitely be coming back to Hello Toast to explore all the other Bennys on their menu!!

We really enjoyed our breakfast here. It was busy but we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated at a table. Service was quick and very welcoming. We did not feel rushed to finish up as often happens at breakfast places.
I had the 1/2 Hot Italiano Bennie and my friend had the full Incredible Hulk. Presentation and flavour of the dishes was wonderful.
