Was comfortable to wait in the bar stool by the windows. Would be uncomfortable to sit for an extended period, but that is to be expected with a strip mall pizza place. Customer service on the phone and in store was pleasant. Pizza wasn't ready on time, it was a few minutes late but not bad at all. Lots of parking outside as it is a strip mall.
