For many years my wife and I have come here for probably the best and most flavourful breakfasts in all of Kamloops . I usually get Breakfast Skillet and my wife the Jamaican Sunshine Benny. Our grandson really enjoyed the French Toast breakfast, he cleaned up his plate.
Every time we have come we find the same consistency and quality. The service is friendly. Of course Jamaican decor does add to the quality of the entire experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Wow! Went for breakfast today and was greeted by the nicest young ladies. I had the Jamaican Skillet (without the cheese and johnny cakes as I am dairy and gluten intolerant - love that there is options for this accommodation) and WOW! So much flavor!! The atmosphere was great - it's bright, happy, inviting and friendly. The service was exceptional. The food was everything I could want in a quality meal - fresh ingredients, full of flavor, not greasy/oily in any way, cooked perfectly! Highly recommend this place!

I was out with my mum and really needed to use the restroom and the store we were in had no public bathroom. I ran into Jamaican kitchen and asked to use their washroom and the girl rudely looked at me and said no you can’t. They had 2 public washrooms.

This is my favorite restaurant in Kamloops. I hadn't been to Kamloops for 7 years and was so happy to see this gem is still open and still tastes just as good. The owner is super friendly. Highly recommend! We will most certainly be back next time we visit.
After 7 years away from Kamloops we HAD to come eat here, we missed it. Its just as good as it was before❤️🙏 Hopefully its not another 7 years before we're back again.
