Wow! Went for breakfast today and was greeted by the nicest young ladies. I had the Jamaican Skillet (without the cheese and johnny cakes as I am dairy and gluten intolerant - love that there is options for this accommodation) and WOW! So much flavor!! The atmosphere was great - it's bright, happy, inviting and friendly. The service was exceptional. The food was everything I could want in a quality meal - fresh ingredients, full of flavor, not greasy/oily in any way, cooked...
This is my favorite restaurant in Kamloops. I hadn't been to Kamloops for 7 years and was so happy to see this gem is still open and still tastes just as good. The owner is super friendly. Highly recommend! We will most certainly be back next time we visit.

Every time we have come we find the same consistency and quality. The service is friendly. Of course Jamaican decor does add to the quality of the entire experience. I highly recommend this...
