Very disappointed in the Kamloops. Joey's only we're finally in the area and we thought it was such a great deal of $9.99 for 2 pieces of fish-and-chips. The fish was very thin cut and was cooked in the oil. That was used way too many times left an awful taste in your mouth and the service was atrocious. On my coupon that I got in my Messenger. Said the price did not say with purchase with drink. So one Is waitress returned our money to us. Then the owner came out and demanded that I give her the money back and then proceeded to argue with me about what it said on my phone with her phone. Absolutely. No regard for customers always right. What a disappointment and a local business. I will never go there. Again.

They refused 50%off coupon I had for second meal discount saying it's not valid with halibut then says not valid with there location. For 2 orders of 2 piece halibut and chips coleslaw 1 tea 1 pop $104.00. The halibut and chips was good coleslaw was definitely not even close to being edible soggy. Went on a Saturday evening 7pm maybe 3 tables being used. It's mind blowing as to how high prices have gotten

I've been going to this Joey's for a while and the staff has been welcoming to me every single visit. They treat me like family and always bring a huge smile to my face. The menu has changed over the years but the food (especially the calamari) remains amazing and delicious. They remember you here and make you want to come back more and more! I cannot wait for my next visit ?? Thanks to the wonderful staff who keep this business running and for keeping me full!
Parking: The parking lot is shared with a beauty salon so sometimes parking is a little crowded but I can always find one or two spots open!

Potatoes were hard in clam chowder. Sent it back but they still charged me for it. When I refused to pay for it, it took the manager to very reluctantly remove soup charge from bill.The restaurant was advertising 2 for 1 fish and chips until Jan 7th. We were there on 7th and they refused to honour ad. Saying since it was a Sunday, the deal actually ended on 6th. We won't be going back!
