Terrible, bland and very little chicken in evidence.Why cant they make these in-house instead of just trucking in frozen food items?The place is failing. At resident’s expense.

It’s 2023 The food and service was terrible. Took the waitress 10 mins to attend our table and there were only 2 other people in the entire restaurant. Plus the cook thought I was on a diet. 12 French fries with my burger.Also the online photos and menu are out of date. The place doesn’t look anything like this.

Generally good experience. The service was great. The poutine was very good but the chicken strips tasted like they came from M&M’s. My main problem was the starter Caesar salad; below par (sorry) as the lettuce was limp and old, the dressing was minimal and unremarkable. If the dressing was made in-house then I’ve better from a bottle. Finally, pricing is equivalent to Hoodoos at Sun Rivers but overall, although the dining experience is good, the food quality at Keekwillies needs help.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I waited over 45 minutes for food (I was only one of 5 people that were in the restaurant at the time). When I inquired about the delay, the girl waiting on me said that the order somehow didn’t get placed with the chef, but that it would be out very shortly. I waited another 10 minuets and still nothing. However, I noticed that other people that had arrived much later than me were getting served. They obviously didn’t put a rush on my order, rather I just got in line behind the others that ordered. When I had enough of the waiting, I walked up to the cashier and said I’m leaving because the food never showed up. She responded, “well, I just got here, so I don’t know anything about it” and promptly printed out a bill for the Iced tea that I was served. I shook my head and paid for the iced tea. I didn’t say a word as I know it would be wasted on these young women. They were more interested in chit chatting rather than working. I will NEVER return. The worst part is no one apologized. They had the “not my problem” look on their faces. A nice dose of unemployment would be a good lesson for these girls.

We have very bad service there was 3 of us who went in for lunch and the place only had 4 tables, it took 10 min for her to come to our table she took our drink order 1 coffee and 2 waters she drooped off menus after she got our drinks and after 25 min she did not come back to our table we went to Dennys down the road too bad because its a very nice looking restaurant
Had a great dinner at Keekwillie- fish & chips was excellent, atmosphere awesome.

You want to eat here. Great customer service and the burgers are amazing. If you get the Keekwillie burger it is easily enough for two. The burgers are so good it is worth the drive out. Can't wait to try more items. Quality is excellent.
