Went in and three of us asked to order the Sunday special, the waiter didn’t hear us correctly and wrote down and charged us for “prime rib”. There was nothing prime about that slab of meat. Full of fat and minimal meat, when we addressed the miscommunication the waiter said we had eaten the meal refused to give any sort of discount whatsoever despite them making the mistake and not clarifying the order with everyone. Slow service and very mediocre food. Would not recommend again.

This place was really nice, what struck me as odd. Is that everyone at our table was served first. My cousins and I were served last. It was a surreal moment that felt kind of awkward, because we ordered before most of the table.

It felt kind of targeted. Anyway, the Yorkshire was divine. Everyone said it needed more gravy, smothering the Yorkshire. Lol I was good with the way it was.

If I’m being completely honest, which I will be. This is the absolute worst restaurant I think I’ve actually ever been in. I’ve come here twice now with my partner and not only was the first experience atrocious but the second was far from better.

The staff at this establishment are incredibly unhelpful and rude. If you enjoy drinking flat pop and receiving eye rolls when you ask questions, please by all means come here.

if i could give zero stars i would,. i came here for lunch and I should have known it would not be good, based on it basically being empty. Despite it being empty, the service was slow. The restaurant looks tired, like it is just killing time, waiting for the inevitable closing. Diverse menu, i got a burger, thinking it would be a safe bet, but i was wrong. The burger bun was stale and cold. The patty was burnt. The fries were all stuck together and flavourless. Definitely not worth the >$20 price. I definitely will not be returning to this or any other restaurant of this franchise again.

The service was awful .....we went to celebrate a friend's birthday on a weekday.....there was only one group and the entire restaurant was empty....the service lady had the audacity to sigh at us 3 different times when we asked for drinks menu again cos we decided to have some shots and asked her for a minute before we paid because we wanted to check our bill before paying and once when we told her we wanted one bill instead of separate 8 (we ordered it all together anyway) . Like I would never go there again even though the food was good

Loved the Carlos bar, this one other place like this, but oh man.. Kelly was disappointing, sorry bad atmosphere, too busy, smelly &stuffy. Didnt even stay there after a pint.

We went for my daughter's ball team dinner. The food was great and our server was amazing.

Ordered take-out at 5:30 pm on a Saturday. The Prime Rib was very good. Great Restaurant, decent prices and friendly staff.
