Kelly O’Brien‘s is the place to be! Emily, our server, was so sweet and such a good server! The general manager is also amazing as our table fought over who paid the bill, the staff managed to settle down our craziness and find a happy solution for us all. It's the best place for parties and birthdays. They also do $20 off of lunch and $30 off of dinner on your birthday, just need your id and to sign the book! Kelly Os donates to local charities for every birthday meal as well! You really can't find a better place to dine on your birthday- I can promise you that!

Much more expensive than other places downtown, without a lot of originality or atmosphere to set it apart. I tried the Irish roast beef sandwich and it was very, very bland. There are better places to eat downtown.

Lunch special sounded good and reasonable price..pulled pork sandwich. No doubt the smallest sandwich ever, hardly any pork, dry panini bun. $5 extra for the pochos which had about 2 tablespoons of cheese and maybe 5 little pieces of green onion.
I hadn't eaten there in years so I was excited to return...chances are I won't go back. Sorry.

We popped by for happy hour while wandering the main strip in Kamloops. Service was quick and shared some good laughs with our server. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our drinks and nibblies on the patio.

Food was amazing as always but customer service was horrible, this time I was very disappointed. Since moving here this has been our favorite spot for ours birthdays. Unfortunately tonight has changed that. Our server, #13. Male with dark hair. Very rude and unprofessional. Very rude when taking orders. Never asked us/ or brought us refills. And when it was time to check out he threw the card reader on the tabled and walked off. I paid for my order and got my receipt. He walked up took the card reader and walked off. Not a single word or even have a good night. We will not be choosing to spend another birthday here. HIGHLY disappointed with how we were treated.

Went in and three of us asked to order the Sunday special, the waiter didn’t hear us correctly and wrote down and charged us for “prime rib”. There was nothing prime about that slab of meat. Full of fat and minimal meat, when we addressed the miscommunication the waiter said we had eaten the meal refused to give any sort of discount whatsoever despite them making the mistake and not clarifying the order with everyone. Slow service and very mediocre food. Would not recommend again.
